An authentic Palm Springs experience. The building was built in the 70's and every unit faces inward towards the Pool / Jacuzzi / Barbecue area. Our unit has a balcony you can open the front doors to and enjoy Palm Springs as it was meant to be enjoyed. There is also a back patio that looks towards the mountain range and other desert cities.
There is a full kitchen with a 6 person dining table with all of the usual kitchen items included.
We have two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen Bed, a huge closet, full bath and TV with cable. The guest bedroom has a Queen size Murphy bed, with another huge closet and a full bath.
The open living room has a sectional couch, a Noguchi coffee table and an entertainment center with cable TV.
There is also a dining bar with stools to enjoy cocktails or catch a quick meal.
The front balcony has bistro chairs and a table to enjoy the outdoor view of the pool, jacuzzi, Barbecue areas and a magnificent view of the San Jacinto Mountains.
The condo is a 30 minute walk to Downtown and 40 minute walk to the Spa Casino and Palm Springs Convention Center.
The complex has gated, off-street covered parking.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES - Check In Time is 3 P.M. P.S.T and Check Out Time is 11 A.M. P.S.T. No early Check-Ins or late Check-Outs please.
SMOKING - This is a NON SMOKING unit. Please enjoy smoking on the outside back patio.
PETS - No Pets.
TENANT AGE - We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to 4 persons. If more people are found to be residing in the condominium than on this contract or the maximum occupancy, you are subject to forfeiture of your security deposit.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
GATE CODE / KEY CODES – Entry to the gated complex and the unit are keyless and require a key code that you will receive prior to your arrival.
PARKING - When using the parking only one car is allowed to park in the space provided. Please use parking slip #139 as this is the slip assigned to this unit. If you have another car staying with your party, you can use any slip in the parking labeled VISITOR.
POOL / JACUZZI / BARBECUE / TENNIS COURTS – You must follow all of the rules documented by the pool, jacuzzi, barbecue and tennis courts pertaining to the pool, jacuzzi, barbecue and tennis courts.
INTERNET – There is a WIFI router that provides encrypted WIFI and Internet services for our guests. Any services that are reliant on the Internet to work are not guaranteed by us to work all of the time. There are also hardwired/Ethernet cable available as an option to wifi. You are responsible for any data that is downloaded from this homes IP address the dates you are checked in. Please be sure not to download illegal content.
SAFETY - All of the condominiums are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
BUILDING – Please keep all of the perimeter complex doors closed when you are not using them. This will keep all unnecessary people out of the complex.
DAMAGE - The person signing this contract agrees to fully reimburse and indemnify Tony Spinosa for damage caused to the unit, its contents, and any structures and their contents on said property by any person, including invited or uninvited guests, pets, animals, and children. This damage clause also pertains to any stains that require extra cleaning.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
