This place was great! It felt very comfy and secluded, yet very safe. The trails out the back foot were amazing, especially this time of year. The house was eclectic and very well kept. Great property and somewhere we will be back to!

The path to the river is 50 ft from the front door! Karen's hospitality and communication were superb. The trailer is rustic but clean and very comfortable, the beds are great. The small touches are nice, there was shampoo accessories and coffee and plenty of linens . We will defiantly stay again. Thank you Karen!

We enjoyed staying at Karen's trailer which is next to her home in the very small town of Rockport. We used it as a home base for hiking in the North Cascades and Mt Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, and the location was great for this although no matter where you stay expect to drive a ways to some of the hikes. The trailer was clean on the inside, comfortable, and the kitchen was nice for preparing our own meals. Again, the location is great. Karen was great for advice on hikes if you want some wisdom or she was hands off if you prefer. It was chilly when we went and the heat worked well.

The place is quite spacious for 4 people, being a mobile home. On the edge of the woods and a beautiful trail along Skagit river. 5 min drive to the Rockport state park with many trails. Quiet and relaxing.

We loved the quiet, quirky neighborhood and found the location to be excellent. It's priced right. A special bonus was the beautiful flower gardens!
