Monica’s place is GORGEOUS and very clean. She was responsive and extremely friendly. The house is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and the party atmosphere of Getsemaní, but is somehow still quiet. There is occasional street noise from people passing by outside, but it isn’t constant. We felt incredibly safe in the area. The rooms have cold AC, but the interior of the house is open, so it does get warm in the courtyard. There are tight spiral staircases that would make it very difficult to bring large suitcases upstairs to the bedrooms, and may also pose issues for anyone with mobility issues. This was my first trip to Colombia, but I’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere but at Monica’s. The house really felt like “home” during my 10-day stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house with our family! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and in a beautiful area. The place itself was immaculate, clean, and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to come back!

Fernando was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The internet was not working during our stay due to matters beyond their control, but owners made every accommodation possible to help me continue working and I discovered Cafe San Alberto is very close and offers free WiFi. Overall a lovely location that I highly recommend.

We stayed here for 4 nights and made our Cartagena stay perfect. The roof top pool was the perfect place to escape the hot temperatures during the day and the location was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The apartment itself was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay and while we could hear some of the craziness of Semana Santa. I was surprised that it was fairly quiet inside the apartment. We would stay here again for sure!

Excellent experience at this apartment. From the very beginning, communication with Sandra was clear and prompt. She allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled and also helped us store our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient. The instructions to get to the building and access the apartment were easy to follow. The beds are very comfortable, and we received two towels per person for our stay. Although we didn’t use the kitchen or laundry area, the apartment is well-equipped with the basics, including a washer and dryer. The building’s security is excellent—only registered guests are allowed in, and the staff was always friendly. The view from the apartment is stunning, perfect for enjoying the sunset. The pool and jacuzzi areas were always clean, and the beach is just a few steps away. It’s a calm beach with very few vendors, which made it ideal for relaxing. Thank you to Sandra for being so attentive. Highly recommended!

El alojamiento fue tal cual las imágenes, con aire acondicionado en cada dormitorio que es muy importante. Ella siempre atenta y respondía cualquier duda que tuviéramos e incluso nos dio recomendaciones de lugares donde comer

Victor was an excellent host! His place is clean and well located–right across from a (relatively) quieter beach; walking distance to the old city; super responsive when we had any questions.

Das Apartment ist genauso wie beschrieben. Sauber,alles was man braucht. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Genug Handtücher vorhanden. Perfekter Sonnenuntergang. Gleich ein grosser Supermarkt in der nähe,sowie ein ShoppingCenter. Am Strand entlang (raus links) gibt es ganz viele kleine Strandbars mit frischen Fisch. Einziger negative Punkt ist die Erreichbarkeit. Bei meiner ersten Frage wurde mir erst nach 3 Tage geantwortet. Bei meiner zweiten Frage wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Trotzdem kann ich die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

This place provided overwhelmingly beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The home is extremely nice and clean and in a great location. Evlyn was a great host and very responsive. I highly recommend this place. I will be back!

I had a great stay at this place. Very secure and an excellent spot in the Walled City of Cartagena if you want a quiet place to stay but close enough to the other hotspots. I only had to Uber twice during my whole trip.

Stunning beach, splendid amenities, and such an abundant amount of fresh air…

Paola and her husband were exceptional hosts! They informed us about a $50 charge for leaving the AC unit on when the apartment is unoccupied, which reflects their commitment to energy efficiency—a policy I fully support. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to use their amenities, I can tell they are well-maintained and inviting. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Rocco is a fantastic host! We stayed in the unit for one month and the kitchen facilities were excellent, the bed was comfortable and the laundry facilities convenient. We loved the pool and the hot tub. The building is close to restaurants and groceries. All in all: fantastic!

This place was the BEST we can get, near to EVERYTHING, super markets, pharmacy, the mall, literally 5- 6 min to the most important tour places. The neighborhood is very peaceful, The pool is really nice. But the best was the amazing view you have. Definitely getting this same place when i come back.
