Timothy was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my initial questions as someone who is newer to renting an AirBnB and was quick to help when I called about an issue with one of the smoke alarms on arrival (extremely minor, just a faulty battery, but I wanted to make sure to ask before deactivating it). Overall a nice place to stay, I would definitely return in the future!

Karter Ann was a wonderful host. I rented the home for family while they were in town for my father’s funeral. She was very accommodating and responsive. The place was perfect for a large family. We will definitely be booking again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Corey’s place! The property was spotless and the cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The beautiful view was truly breathtaking and added so much to our overall experience. The home had everything we needed and more, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Corey was extremely responsive to all our inquiries and went above and beyond by leaving an air compressor for us to fill up our swim tubes. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Thank you, Corey, for making our stay so enjoyable!

We stayed for a week and the house had everything we needed and more. Very clean and Naomi checked in to make sure everything was going well. She was also kind enough to work with us on checkout day due to a work scheduling issue. We'll stay again next time we're in the area

Brandi’s place is the perfect lake vacation. She had a lot of extras we were not even expecting; kayaks, lily pad, paddle board, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and they have an extra fridge in the garage. The yard was perfect for our cornhole. Neighbors were very nice and two even joined us for a drink on our patio (we offered). Brandi was very responsive to all communication.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! The home was clean and well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in the day at the house as we were at the lake, but the location is nice because it’s down a quite dirt road only about 1/2 mile from the lake. Thank you again

We had to stay for awhile due to work and it was a true blessing. Very family friendly. My kids loved it and actually slept in a room without me for the first time. I’d say they felt just as comfortable as us parents did. We are now obsessed with espresso and lake views. Lisa was really understanding about our unpredictable work time frame and our urgency to get into a place fast. This review isn’t enough of a reflection of how grateful we are for this home and the kindness and comfort we received from it and the hosts. Cute house with a great view. Would 1000% stay again:)

The weather did not cooperate over the weekend but we had a great time playing pool and board games. It was great to be able to still have fun even when the rain kept us indoors.

My family and I had the most incredible experience. The place was spotless and perfect for our big family with 5 children under 6. Plenty of space. Adorable rooftop. Didn't even have time to enjoy the jacuzzi but they were more than happy to help us out with that. They even had cute little toys/legos our children enjoyed as well. Both kitchens were fully stocked with whatever you could possibly need. Everything was so so so immaculate and clean, which truly matters when you have a bunch of children rolling around and crawling on floors. We also could not love this house more! Loni was super responsive to any questions I had. We had the best long weekend!

The house was spacious for our large group and we didn’t feel cramped at all. The house had everything we needed and more. We had a rainy day and we appreciated the toys and play doh and games available for the children. The wifi worked well and we were able to watch a movie on the rain day. We loved the spacious back yard and made use of the fire pit and outside furniture and the roasting forks. There is enough room for at least three cars to park. Lots of towels, linens, toilet paper, supplies, etc. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. A park was only about 5 minutes away and Higgins Lake sandbar was very close. The Spikehorn restaurant was only 5 minutes away and had great food and service. The beds were fairly comfortable. The 3 AC units kept the whole space comfortable as well. All indoor and outdoor spaces were clean and well kept. Shower water pressure was okay. We got the lockbox code well in advance of check-in. Instructions clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed our stay!

The sandcastle and host Ben are simply amazing. The property is exactly as described in the listing and shown in the photos. There were plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone to spread out, we had 8 adults and 2 children in our group. The house was clean and well furnished, plenty of seating areas inside & out. There were games, books, DVDs, etc. The main dining table was big enough for all of us. The kitchen is large, update & has everything you need, we really enjoyed cooking in for nightly dinners and spending time as a family. The yard/view are unbeatable, nothing between you and the water, paradise. The lake is large, uncrowded & the sunsets are to die for. The sandy beach is nice. There is even a dock, a great place to fish and tie up our boat. Plenty of parking too. We had 3 vehicles, an ORV trailer and a pontoon trailer and there was still room for at least 2 more. I can't say enough good things about the property or the host. loved everything.
