A 5 bedroom home that sits up on a hill on a private apple farm, with beautiful views of the farm and the bay (no direct lake access). The property has a large yard and private driveway for guests. Sodus point (restaurants, beach, playgrounds, boat launch, etc) is less than 10 minutes away and public boat launch and bait shop is 1.5 miles around the corner. The house is stocked with bedding, kitchen needs, games for kids, patio furniture, and a grill. Baby and toddle items are available.

The Legacy- Historic Farmhouse

This historic farm house has a lot to offer with 5 bedrooms and can hold up to 10 people. In the den/game room there is a pull out couch for an additional guest if needed. There is a large kitchen and dining room with seating up to 12. Come enjoy a long weekend with us. We are centrally located between Sodus Point and the City of Rochester. There is a lot to do locally as well with restaurants and attractions in Williamson.
