This is a very nice house in a safe neighborhood. The best highlight is definitely a super nice and spacious backyard, especially if traveling with pets or kids. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall excellent experience and enjoyed talking to the friendly & caring hosts too.

Gretchen is a super host! She communicated with us throughout the rental process & met us at the home upon arrival. I appreciated her accommodating our ever changing arrival time due to traveling with 2 toddlers. She spent time with us touring the home to go over everything we might need to know to make our stay comfortable.The home was impeccably clean and the neighborhood beautiful and quiet. Much to our surprise, Gretchen welcomed us with a gift of supplies to tide us over until we could settle in and get to a grocer. This was incredibly thoughtful as we came from far away with two babies.The home had ample space to accommodate our large family of 6 adults and 2 children. We felt we could spread out. Beds were comfy! My favorite room was enjoying the morning view in the sunroom! I can’t say enough about how fabulous the home and host were to us! Hoping to return for another wedding in the near future. Thank you Gretchen for welcoming my family into your home in such a warm way. 💙

Erin's place was a great place to stay in Annapolis. My family was in town for Commissioning Week at USNA. Annapolis is a beautiful town with tiny streets, so being at this location aloud us to walk to the Yard and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It was perfectly situated in quaint Annapolis, very close to the USNA, and as a family of Navy grads, we loved the convenience and nostalgic feel. The house was clean and very comfortable - beds, linens, and towels were clean and plentiful. The kitchen was a little sparse in terms of cookware and there was no drip coffee pot, but otherwise we made everything work. In hindsight, it was definitely on the expensive side of the spectrum for what it was, but we did have a wonderful time.

I love this section of Baltimore (Remington), great restaurants, nice vibe , walkable friendly community. This property is beautiful and has everything you need , would definitely stay here again.

Helen’s place felt like home and was an amazing place for our family to have some time with our Midshipman from the Naval Academy. Helen was kind and super responsive in communication. We would definitely visit again.

Wow I cannot say enough about Jeanne's place, it met our needs for lots of sleeping spaces, lots of seating spaces for individual chats among our family group, but still intimate enough that all of us could be engaged at the same time. The layout of the property was top notch, well thought out, beautiful use of architecture and nautical/shipbuilding materials and theme flowing throughout. The views from inside the house overlooking the creek were amazing, everyone loved the loft room with the window, and the waterfront wildlife was nonstop from arrival. Everything was well stocked and super clean, and it was easy to get in and out of the house. Great area, great place to getaway and recharge. LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS PLACE. Would not think twice if I needed to stay here again. Definitely!

It's a beautiful well-kept home in a nice neighbourhood. Joyce is a gracious host, and a pleasure to talk to. She left treats for our dog and fresh farm eggs for us. The Kitchen has everything you need, even spices. Thanks Joyce.

This was a really important life goal trip of mine, even though it’s the DMV area. They were super kind and it felt like a beautiful tropical pocket in the middle of what some might call a concrete jungle. They were super responsive, flexible, and kind hearted. There is also some beautiful wildlife, animals, and nature blossoming everywhere in the spring. 10/10 would stay again!

Ann was easy to work with, the space was clean and organized. check in was flexible and Ann always responded within minutes of any questions I had. Would definitely stay with again.

Jamie's place was a well furnished apartment with all necessary items. The apartment was super clean and well decorated. We felt at home immediately once we checked in .

What can I say about my stay at Villa de Bowie?! It was great! My room, let alone the whole house, was remarkable. DiMitri has been extremely hospitable and responsive.
