Here you can park on the beach and enjoy the beautiful sea views to Falmouth Bay or pick up the South West footpath for a stunning walk along the coast. You can walk to Porthallow from Menifters via a footpath which takes about 25 minutes. Further afield is Helford (4.5 miles) – an idylic village on the Helford river.

Longstone Barn is a superbly equipped luxury barn conversion set in glorious rural surroundings, with its own beautiful garden, 5 minutes’ drive from the seaside village of Coverack with a pretty harbour and a sandy beach at low tide. All of SW Cornwall and many cafes, pubs and restaurants all within easy reach. Babies up to 2yrs old are accepted at the barn and a cot with mattress, high chair, baby bath and changing mat can be provided.

Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
