Pam was a great host. She was exceptionally quick to respond. She and her husband were very friendly. The house had great views of the lake, river and wetlands. We could even see an active eagle nest. The horses and chickens were an added bonus! There are neighbors but it was still pretty quiet. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay. We would not hesitate to return.

First and Foremost Adam been an amazing host he is very detailed reliable thoughtful and definitely organized. He made us feel comfortable. I can't explain how much me and my guy needed this and this was our first Air Bnb ever and the experience I doubt any one can beat...for the low star the lady gave for have to wash your own dishes well yes don't you clean your own house. I had no issues cleaning after us it is kept well and clean. my pups loved being out there...we only had issues w the TV that's because we are spoiled and have a big TV at our own house nothing of Adam's fault. the fact this man thought about every single need you might have he had it....I was kind of scared to be middle of no where but honestly he had everything for you and extra...everything is great quality as well no cheap stuff....I am seriously grateful and thankful and can't wait to come back....my guy also made a cool little rap song about the cabin lol. it was really awesome!!!!

This house was beautifully located right near Little Swan Lake. We had no problems finding it. The hot tub was great. Added to the wonderful view of the lake at night. Though it was just two of us most nights (two of our grandchildren stayed one night) there are plenty of beds and space to sleep a group. We had family over a couple of times for dinner and a cookout on the grill. Our hosts were great about contacting us back when we had questions. The downstairs was very spacious and had a nice-sized bathroom (which was good as we had a tornado come through the area and we felt very safe and secure there.) Power went out for 15 hours. Neighbors were nice and very friendly and even brought over candles for us. When the electricity came back on, all of our food in the fridge and freezer were still cold/frozen, which we were very impressed with. Thank you, Nick, for sharing your place with us. We had a group 10 for a bachelor party. At first we were a little worried about the idea of Paula staying at the same residence since we had such a large group, and weren’t sure we’d be able to play music etc. not only was Paula great at giving us privacy she mentioned that she had hosted DJs in the past and was comfortable with noise, she was extremely accommodating and even cooked us breakfast both days. Truly an amazing stay.

Taylor is responsive, flexible, and helpful from booking through the end of our stay. The house is great! plenty of room and even though it's definitely old, Taylor keeps it spotless, comfortable, and filled with modern amenities. Perfect for our 4 generation family. Thank you!

Neat property for our family ages 8-80. Master suite is only accessible via spiral staircase, so not advised for young children or the elderly. Nonetheless, it is a luxurious perch! Windows throughout home provide stunning 360° views. March weather did not allow use of the outdoor spaces that add to the experience (decks, screened porch, fire pit) but there was plenty of space inside for all. Kitchen is well-stocked and cabinets are nicely labeled. Built-in oven is small and cooktop space is limited so plan meals accordingly. Really nice lower level bedrooms, bath, and recreation area. Moreover, host was very communicative and accomadating!

Everything was very clean and comfortable! She was very generous, leaving water and ice for us. There was coffee and snacks that everyone appreciated. The house is beautiful and located on beautiful land. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and the back deck. Check in and check out waa a breeze. She checked in several times to see if things were going smoothly. She is a wonderful host and I highly reccomend her!
