Located in the Historic Roswell Mill neighborhood. House backs up to an overlooks Big Creek and the covered bridge over the creek. Walking distance to Roswell square as well as Canton street. Full kitchen, Washer and dryer, Queen sized bed, pull out sofa in the living room. Sit outside and enjoy the sounds of the rushing water or take a hike on the trails directly behind the property. Beautiful modern private apartment

Full roomy apartment with private entrance located on east Roswell in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Comfortably fits 2 guests. Apartment has 1 bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room. The apartment is under our house but there are no shared common areas. Many restaurants in 2 minutes driving or 20 minutes walking distance. Please note that we are expecting a baby around 5/22 in our house above the apartment.
