Amazing. Mark is the best host we have ever experienced! When there was an issue, he came and helped out immediately. The place was perfect and such a vibe!!! The hot tub and the swing were just perfect. Couldn’t beat it! Best part was the bed, the best sleep in months! Thank you so much for an amazing stay

John's unit, located within Barton Creek Lakeside, is just great. Well furnished with everything one might need and actually is even more lovely than the pictures present. Very comfortable in all ways. We rented both sides to this duplex for a family gathering and it could not have worked out more perfectly. Do not hesitate to stay here. Really nice.

We were very comfortable in April’s house. It has a nice clean, open, airy feeling. Nicely decorated and the deck looks out to the water in Murphy Park, a nice place to take a walk. I loved taking care of her three chickens too!

Absolutely beautiful spot! It truly was a birder’s delight in late April. Walking down into the creek was magical and it made us so happy to see our suburb dog going wild running in the water :) the house itself has so many spots to enjoy the views from a wrap around porch and large windows. Plus plenty of seating down in the property while you explore.

We had the absolute BEST experience staying at this perfect little cottage near Dripping Springs! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The home is small, but every inch of it is so thoughtfully designed and impeccably decorated — cozy, charming, and truly picture-perfect. It felt like stepping into a dream. The outdoor space was just as incredible — inviting, peaceful, and so comfortable that we honestly didn’t want to leave. We were supposed to be attending a retreat nearby, but we found ourselves wishing we could just stay at the cottage instead! The home was spotless, stocked with everything we needed, and the owner communicated flawlessly, making the whole process easy and welcoming. We can’t recommend this place enough and are already dreaming about coming back. It’s truly a hidden gem!

Cozy place, ideal for a near but not in Austin getaway with friends. Very clean. New fluffy towels. Peaceful surroundings, however we were there midweek and never saw any neighbors so that may be why. Loved it was pet friendly for our pup. The one bedroom has a door that goes to the fenced in back yard which was super convenient. And the back porch was perfect for morning coffee or just to unwind in the evenings.

Honestly I would love to gatekeep this property so I can have it more available when I visit Austin lol! But Luc is so wonderfully helpful + kind you can’t help to give 5 stars and make sure everyone knows this property is a hidden gem! Now, it is off the beaten path and not where you want to be if you’re looking to be in the mix and directly walking distance to downtown/zilker/fedtivals/nightlife/“new austin” things— BUT if you’re looking for a tranquil escape to return to after being in Austin all day that’s 15-30 mins in traffic (depending on time of day bc austin traffic is INSANE rn), then this property hits all your needs and makes you feel like you’re off grid living AND ITS GLORIOUS. Chirping birds, deer + you can bring your doggos. If you’re looking for extreme luxury, there may be other spots to book. If you’re looking for peaceful nature to sleep amazingly well and wakeup without the sounds of the city, this is the place. Thanks Luc, looking forward to my next trip! :)

Couldn’t have asked for a more well-situated and comfortable little house for a monthlong stay in Austin. Everything was clean and as described and the bed may be the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Jessica was great and we honestly didn’t have any issues, can highly recommend!

Great getaway for my husband and myself. Close to our concert venue and everything else we wanted to do/see. Super peaceful and relaxing.

Leading up to this reservation we had had a terrible experience so having found Brian's property was a Godsend. It was cozy, quiet and felt very safe considering I was staying there by myself. My dog enjoyed the enclosed back yard despite all the heat and the location was perfect! We fully recommend staying here any time you visit Austin!

Wonderful stay on the property. The home was clean and very comfy to stay. Was in town for a work trip and was looking for something different. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

We had a wonderful night at the Bluebonnet Cottage. It felt welcoming and comfortable from the moment we stepped inside. The cottage was perfectly clean when we arrived and had plenty of towels and linens for our family. We enjoyed the snacks provided as well as the tasty breakfast set for us on the outdoor table in the morning. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and spent most of our time outside on the deck or in the heated pool. Our small kids had a blast splashing around and we enjoyed sitting out under the stars after they were settled in bed. The beds were comfortable and the night was quiet. We appreciated that the toiletries and cleaning products in the house were plant-based and not full of chemicals and that the food was high quality (almost all the same brands I buy for our family at home). We also really appreciated that there were tissues in every room, which is a small detail but not standard in other airbnbs we've visited! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for the COTA F1 race and it was a perfect location. We were able to get in and out easily and would end up going the opposite direction of everyone else so we didn’t have to sit in traffic a lot. It was so clean and cozy as well! A great stay!

This was our third time staying here, and once again, it was absolutely exceptional! Kim truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. We were greeted with a basket full of snacks that was such a thoughtful touch, and the breakfast casserole was delicious—a perfect way to start our mornings. One of our favorite parts of staying here is being able to walk this amazing property. It’s such a peaceful and relaxing escape, surrounded by stunning scenery. We also loved getting to visit the barn and spending time with their beautiful horses—it’s such a unique experience that makes this place truly special. We can’t wait to come back again. What a delight it was to stay at Flamingo Cottage! Cozy and beautifully decorated with a county flair, it was the perfect accommodations for our daughter's wedding at Blissful Hill, a grand venue in itself with incredible service all around with the platinum package. We also rented the 13 bed, 8 bath Villa, across the driveway, for our large family, and it was the best accommodations ever! Kudos to Blissful Hill and all their lovely places to stay!

A perfect stay in Austin. Pecan Tree House is set back in a cute, quiet neighborhood surrounded by cool trees but still very close enough to UT and downtown that we could walk if we were feeling it, or a cheap Uber back if we had too much brisket. House is awesome. Love all the trees and plants. Place itself is very comfortable, with all sorts of cool gadgets. Hosts had good information and recommendations! Heck, even the neighbor was really friendly and told me about a really good breakfast taco place. A great time. Hope to visit again.
