This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

The owner and staff of this apartment really care about your stay and comfort. Venice navigating is hard…but everyone including every local we encountered tried to be helpful. Visitors are out of their comfort zones. Venetians have been hosts for over 500 years. It shows. Thank you.

The accommodation is a true gem! The location, with its view of St. Mark's Square, nestled in the narrow alleys, is simply a dream. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures; very chic, with vintage furniture. The terrace is inviting. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Communication with the concierge service was extremely pleasant, proactive, and very accommodating. We would return in a heartbeat if we ever came back to Venice.

What a find! This apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Venice and at the same time super quiet and secluded. The host was friendly and responsive and the apartment had everything you could need. Extremely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, lots of space. I highly recommended this place!!!!

Non saprei da dove cominciare per elencare tutte le note positive di questo alloggio. Innanzitutto è difficile trovare un host così disponibile, gentile e anche simpatica! Per quanto riguarda la casa: bellissima, moderna, ben attrezzata, terrazza da fare invidia anche ai migliori roof top spagnoli, compresa di tettoia e parasole elettronici! Se proprio devo fare l’antipatica e scrivere per forza qualcosa che manca.. la grattugia 😂😂 ma anche lì devo ammettere che c’era l’alternativa del pelapatate, quindi niente.. mi tocca fare la precisina e consigliare solo l’aggiunta di una jacuzzi, così posso finalmente fare la mia proposta a Donata per acquistare l’immobile!! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!! Complimenti

Huge design apartment: ingresso privato indipendente con grazioso cortile proprio. Zona silenziosa e ottimale. Appartamento molto bello, ristrutturato con finiture di pregio. Le due camere da letto sono ampie, con letto comodo, separate da una zona centrale in cui c'è una cucina/soggiorno. Ogni camera ha tv e bagno proprio. Bagni davvero belli, dotati di ogni confort. Cucina con bicchieri per acqua e vino, accessoriata con mestoli di ogni tipo. Tazze per il tè piccoline e senza piattini. Il bollitore non mi ha convinto. Ho sentito tanto la mancanza di un piccolo microonde per riscaldare velocemente senza dover accendere l'induzione o, peggio, il forno che consuma tanto di più ed è tanto più lento. Sembra che alla cucina non sia stata dedicata la stessa attenzione per il dettaglio del resto della casa. Illuminazione interna curatissima. Bel posto. Consigliatissimo.

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is very nice and clean. The neighbourhood is very quiet,safe and nice. The public transport is very close and takes 25-30 minutes to get Venice centre. There are lots of shops and restaurants. Veronica is very helpful and kind. Thank you very much. Gracie mille.

I booked this apartment for my family who were visiting the area. They were very pleased with everything. Spacious, very clean and comfortable - even better than in the photos! Would definitely book it again in the future!

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Absolute “white glove treatment” from Pamela! She met us at the train, only need to travel over 4 bridges (a mercy in Venice!) with large suitcases. She was even kind enough to help my elderly mother by carrying her lighter shoulder bag and walked slow to accommodate. As we walked, she gave us info on Venice at-large, but also local areas to the accommodation and the upcoming local San Martin holiday. The accommodation was nicest of all, and she showed us how it worked before leaving and letting us know she was only 10 minutes away if we had questions/needs. Only challenge: description is misleading, as we viewed pictures that showed 2 bedrooms and a living room; about a week ahead of check-in, Pamela informed us that one bedroom and the living space were the same space. We were already on holiday, so it was too late to re-book a space with much time that did not detract from our time already abroad (though she did suggest and allow when we realized—just too late for our travels).

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful environment that was near the water taxi stop and walkable to all of the key, city attractions with multiple choices to eat. The property was exactly what we needed for a few days in the city and the descriptions were accurate. Bed was comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us. We highly recommend to stay here as it was an enjoyable experience.

Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise haben wir uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man sich bei einem Airbnb Trip wünschen würde. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat sehr schnell auf meine Anfragen reagiert! Federico ist bis jetzt der freundlichste und netteste Gastgeber gewesen! 10 Sterne! Die idyllische Lage direkt neben einem Bach ist ein Ort zum Träumen und Entspannen. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen! Danke Federico :-)

Sono stata benissimo, da lì sono partita per visitare il Delta del Po e varie altre destinazioni. La casa è ordinata, comodissima, piacevole, nuova. Consigliatissima.

Casa Manin is a truly special place to stay in Murano. The home is situated right on one of the canals, so the views were absolutely stunning—waking up to the water just outside your window is such a peaceful experience. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceeded all our expectations. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. Alessandra was an exceptional host kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She was even able to come by within minutes if we needed anything, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Murano or Venice. You won’t regret it!

Mirko war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns total wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, schön groß und einfach perfekt gelegen, ideal für unseren Urlaub. Besonders toll war Mirkos Herzlichkeit: Er hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und würden sofort wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung mit ganz viel Dankbarkeit.

This place is truly a gem! Fantastic restaurant just below, very well appointed with everything you could need. Irene was immediately responsive when we had a question. It is on the 4th floor, so the elevator was important. Perched with a small canal on one side and a Main Street on the other, the shutters helped block out much of the street sounds, and it’s fine considering you are smack in the middle of the best landmarks.

Our 2025 European vacation in Silea has been wonderful and a fundamental component is to be attributed to Monica’s accommodation. The apartment was perfectly matches what was seen on the listing, extremely clean, tidy and complete with everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are spacious and comfortable as well as the two bathrooms. The view from the apartment is beautiful and relaxing. Monica is a perfect and generous host, always present and available. she fully supported us both before and during the stay. She is a very kind and nice person! What else to say...... we would definitely recommend it for all those who want to see the beautiful Silea and the other little towns like Treviso, Bassano that are easily accessible from there. A must repeat!

Appartement très bien placé, en dehors de la zone touristique mais tout se fait facilement en moins de 10 min à pied. Arrivée autonome, sans difficulté, possibilité de se faire déposer en gondole à 10 m de l’appartement. Appartement propre et fonctionnel.

Great location, walkable distance to the train station, where we were able to catch the train to Rome and Pisa. Easy walking distance to some of Bologna’s attractions and just around the corner from Pam’s, a fantastic hypermarket.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön. Sie liegt ruhig und zentral. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es hat angenehme Bettdecken. Andrea ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Er hat uns sogar persönlich am Schiffssteg abgeholt. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
