A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. NB. the annexe is not a 'day/holiday sanctuary' as life continues around it during the busy working day within a residential road. Most suitable for those working (regular hours) in the area as guest will be required to vacate the property daily between the hours of 11.00-16.00 or thereabouts.

Ideally located for people travelling for business or pleasure. Outside Patio avalible area for your use. All that you need for a few days stay in Shepperton Easy access from M3, and M25. 20min walk to Shepperton Train Station which is the route into Central London which takes about 55mins Parking on road or private drive

Studio, own access, self contained.

The room has it's own entrance door. It has a double Queen size bed, shower room and kitchen area (tea, coffee, cereal etc supplied) with fridge, microwave and single induction hob. There is a sofa, TV & table with two chairs. Our home is about a 15 minute walk to Claygate station. Trains direct to London Waterloo (35 mins) and Guildford. Claygate has local shops and a CoOp, several pubs and restaurants and we are close to a bus stop with a frequent bus service to Kingston for major shops.

Relax in this stylish designer studio on the top floor of a Victorian Townhouse in West London by the River Thames with excellent transport links. This bright, compact, private and self-contained space has it’s own separate front door and features a kitchen, separate shower and WC, work desk and a bed with high quality mattress and bedlinen. The space has been designed to feel and function like a hotel room but with the convenience of a kitchen and a sunny south facing roof terrace.

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. Annexe in lovely house , good links to London.

This is a newly decorated area that can be accessed privately, situated on outskirts of London, close to Sutton and Carshalton Beeches main line stations. These provide quick access to London. Gatwick and Heathrow are easily accessible. The Royal Marsden Hospital is close by. Two minutes by car or bus at the top of the road that goes into the hospital grounds. St Antony's is about a 12min drive. There is one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, kitchen and lounge with TV /WIFI.

Grace Cottage

Grace Cottage is an annex on the side of our home. Access is via a locked side gate and then you will need to cross the main house patio area to get to the separate entrance to the flat. It is set up with the bedroom and living area being in one space, with a mezzanine floor where a single mattress is situated. There is a fully kitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Shower room with basin, toilet and shower.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
