A Unique Garden House in the heart of the Kent Countryside with views across our 3 acre orchard. Included in your stay is your very own private garden, complete with hot tub & summerhouse to relax in. The property also has private parking plus a secret woodland hideaway. Within walking distance is both Sharsted Wood and Doddington Place Gardens which are great for exploring, plus our local pubs - The Black Lion and The Chequers Inn which are perfect for a spot of lunch or a dinner reservation.

Cosy Annex with en-suite shower and private patio

A modern annex with en-suite bathroom. Would suit a business traveller, a couple or a young family for an affordable weekend/holiday getaway. The space comfortably sleeps 3, the pull out trundle bed can provide an additional full size single bed to fit a 4th person. However, this does compromise floor space and we feel this option would only suit a family with young children. The annex does not have a kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, mini fridge,microwave and outside BBQ

Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney Castle are within easy driving distance and an evening can be finished at one of the excellent nearby village pubs.

Your own private garden area with table & chairs, fire pit & BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen includes oven, 4 ring hob, fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee machine. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. FREE on street parking. Short walk into town where there are lots of bars/restaurants. Great local pub 5 minutes walk with garden & plenty of outside seating.

Located on a 120 acre farm. The ultimate star gazing pad. The unusual lodging is fully equipped to help you enjoy a excellent and original night. A cosy bed, a toilet, shower, clean towels and a thousand stars over you. Lay in bed turn off the lamps and start counting. Our Grade ll Barn is in a quiet countryside spot within driving distance of Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Hastings. This unique place has a style all of its own. A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

The Hideout - in the heart of Ashdown Forest

The Hideout is located down a private drive, well off the road and right on Ashdown Forest. We are a five minute walk from Gills Lap which is a central walking hub on the forest. Dogs are welcome and there is a secure, enclosed courtyard garden. You can walk for miles from the gate and we provide maps and walking suggestions. Forest Row, a ten minute drive, provides good shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a great local pub, The Hatch Inn, which is walkable during daylight hours.

Dog friendly. Close to many famous houses and gardens ,Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Chartwell, Batemans and Scotney Castle. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away. Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
