A great spacious, clean and well equipped apartment that felt peaceful but well located for London attractions.

Family of Four with two girls under 6years old. Really lovely and clean/modern space! Had everything we needed! Close to Brixton Station, and lots of grocery stores. It was a little more expensive than a basic hotel but having two rooms and a beautiful kitchen was so worth it! Thanks for the great coffee pods too :)

Richard is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and going above and beyond that of a host. We asked for an early checkin which he was happy to accommodate, even offered to pick up my partner from the bus station, very sweet. The ‘savants quarters’ as he calls it were delightful, the view was amazing and we had a really comfortable stay. As Richard and his wife were away for the week we also had access to the kitchen which was lovely. We would recommend Richards place to anyone. Thanks again, Danielle

Fijn appartement in rustige straat, maar in een buurt met allerlei voorzieningen (supermarkten, restaurants, veel buslijnen). Het bed in de slaapkamer sliep als een droom! Ezekiel en Henry waren heel attent, er was een uitgebreid pakket met lekkers van wijn tot koekjes en van croissants tot jus d'orange. Ze hadden zelfs na een vraag van ons een koffiezetapparaat geregeld en heel proactief een kacheltje voor in de andere kamer omdat er iets aan de leiding moest gebeuren. Voor de meeste bestemmingen die wij bezochten (Hyde Park, Regent Street, West End) moet je ongeveer 45 minuten reistijd rekenen maar dat is in de dubbeldekkerbussen een beleving op zich. Het appartement is niet heel groot, maar voor ons gezin met twee kinderen zeker voldoende. Ik zou het aanbevelen aan vrienden.

We had a great time at Andre’s place in Wandsworth. The apartment had everything we needed for our weeklong stay in the London area and was very clean and organized. Transportation was easy with the bus stop immediately outside on the street and major over/underground stations within walking distance. Andre was a great host and reached out often to assist and check in with us to see if there was anything we needed. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay for any London adventuring.

Everything was great !

We had a family of 5, and it was nice having a quiet neighborhood yet close to transit (the 220 bus is your lifeline, a 3 min walk away which takes you to Hammersmith station to get to the rest of London). The beds were comfortable, and a nice living/dining area. Kitchen is small but suitable for simple cooking. Sarah is awesome. When we arrived, we knew there were stairs to each level but the ground floor stairs had no handrail and that was an issue for my older parents. Sarah actually had handrails installed while we were there, which was above and beyond (and will help other families in our condition too!), so that was amazing since we were quite concerned about a fall. Communication was easy. There's a small Tesco Express about 4 min away, which is kind of a "single person's grocery store" with Ready to Eat items and some grocery basics. Next door to that is Tinto Coffee and Glasshouse Coffee are both good for coffee, pastries. Neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe.

Ma fille est restée 1 mois et demi dans le logement proposé par Antonio. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de celui-ci qui s’est adapté avec gentillesse à notre arrivée. Le logement est conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Les pièces sont spacieuses, on se sent très à l’aise. Rangements adaptés pour les affaires personnelles dans la chambre et la sdb. L’emplacement est très bien desservi par les lignes de métro et lignes de bus pour se rendre dans le centre de Londres. Plusieurs supermarchés se trouvent à proximité et c’est très pratique. Je recommande à 100% le logement de Antonio…

Although the entrance from the street is a bit old looking, once the apartment door is opened, one realizes what a wonderful spot it is. There were all the amenities I needed, the bed and couch were quite comfortable. It was a great walk to my office across the river. (and of course, Battersea park is very closeby). The host was very responsive to my questions. I hope the apartment is available the next time I am in London!

Can was a great host — very friendly and quick when I needed to get in touch. I stayed for 2 weeks and it was a lovely quiet basement flat. Very convenient as mentioned by others — near tube and shops. Would recommend. Thanks for having me!

Grace’s cozy spot was exactly what I needed after working a couple of days in London. I felt right at home and would curl up on the couch and catch up on my shows and when it was time for bed the space was perfect for relaxing and had some overhead lighting for reading books. The bathroom did take some adjusting since it was tiny but it was just right for me. Also, loved that I could do laundry and enjoy the sound of the rainy weather against the skylights in the living room. There are a couple of shops in walking distance but I didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood and a bus stop right out front if you need to take the bus. Grace was also super accommodating and very communicative and eased any worries or answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Very nice and tidy apartment. My family of four stayed very comfortably there. Everything was clean and there were ample supplies of basic household items. Felt at home right away! Vi was very responsive to questions and was very professional throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and would love to stay there again 😊

Mariusz's place is such an expiernce and waking up to the view it was amazing. Location takes you anywhere you like. Place is spotless and comfortable. The only thing I really disliked it was the day of check out! Wish could stay there longer! Mariusz is amazing host and very helpful! Do not hesitate just book!

Le logement proposé par Maria est magnifique et offre une vue merveilleuse sur Londres et les gratte-ciels de la City. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très propre. Super séjour pour nous, nous reviendrons.

Fabulous lodge with a lovely private garden in a quiet location in the park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the accommodation was very comfortable with everything we could possibly need. Corrina was very supportive when I had a couple of questions. Highly recommended and would happily stay there again.

This accommodation was perfect for our long stay in Brighton. It was in a central area close to lots of cute pubs and also only a less than 10 minute walk to the seafront. It had all the facilities we needed like a washing machine and dishwasher. The host was extremely helpful and offered lots of advice. Would definitely stay there again.

We booked Matt’s place as our daughter was running the marathon. He was extremely accommodating in meeting our son and family who arrived before us. He met them and showed them how to access the apartment. Everything looked just like the photos. Very clean and quirky. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend for those that don’t want to stay in central London. Bromley South train station was a brisk 10-15 walk. It’s definitely a place we would book again. Kasha’s place is beautiful, clean, organised, spacious and full of light and greenery. They have thought of everything in this house. Everything is bespoke and tasteful. It’s brilliant. The home cinema and popcorn machine was a great hit with my 3 year old. The garden didn’t get much use but I can imagine it being a little private oasis in the summer, the window bifolds out to a bench / summer bed! Everything is spotless and you have everything you need. Kasia is very responsive and helped answer lots of questions promptly. They have a manual for the house which is comprehensive! The location is great for Crystal Palace and West Norwood, and it’s so convenient you can park on the pavement right outside the gate. Thanks Kasia!

Communication right from the start was super efficient! The house is even more lovely than the pics & description! High end goods and exceptional cleanliness. The location is perfect for The Pantiles with lots of bars restaurants and shops. AMAZING STAY! 5 stars!

Francesca è eccezionale! cortese, disponibile e amichevole. La casa risponde fedelmente alla descrizione ed è stupenda. Gli spazi sono ampi, la presenza di 4 bagni facilita la convivenza con un altra famiglia e la presenza di una zona giorno spaziosa e luminosa con giardino per i bambini è perfetta. La zona è ben servita con supermercati e servizi utili. Siamo stati 8 giorni a Londra e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. La stazione dei treni (non metropolitana) si trova a 20 minuti a piedi e perciò relativamente vicina ma con i bimbi piccoli al rientro da lunghe camminate a Londra può risultare un pò faticoso specie se si fa spesa per la cena o per la colazione (noi abbiamo usato qualche volta le bici elettriche con servizio a noleggio).
