We had a great time in a beautiful place. Everything was as expected and the cottage had plenty of space. The host was very friendly and helpful when he showed us around. We loved the sauna and then dip in the lake afterwards. The view was one of the best I've had at a vacation rental. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the cosy feel of the cottage, especially the fireplace and outside sauna. We all enjoyed playing games at night and were delighted to awake with unbelievable lake view.had a amazing time there,I wish we could have spent more time there,for sure will visit again.

Olesia is wonderfully helpful and I can’t add much to previous reviews. All amenities of the house work very nicely. Only the steam room of the sauna could use a facelift at some point. The stove is heating unevenly and the water drainage isn’t so great. Yet, these minor things have just a small effect on the use of the sauna. The food at the restaurant of the golf club is surprisingly good.

Старый обновлённый финский дом в лучших традициях - огромное пространство, высокие потолки, в окна еловые ветки стучатся. Очень большой участок. Вокруг сосны и тишина. Дороги не видно и не слышно, т.к. проезжает 1 машина в час. Вся бытовая техника работает. Черника растёт прямо возле дома.

We enjoyed our five nights at Kari-Pekka’s very comfortable and spacious cabin. Best of all was the spectacular lakeside setting and surrounding forest. The silence was astonishing and the tranquillity truly transformative. Sitting on the pontoon and looking out over the expanse of water had an almost dream-like quality. It was utterly beautiful.

Mukava mökki jossa kivasti tilaa. Uimaan pääsi laskettelurinteen ala-asemalta noin 300m päästä laiturilta. Rauhallista oli kaikin puolin.

We spent three wonderful days at the cottage and enjoyed our stay very much - especially the lake and the sauna. The peaceful and quiet woods are perfect for relaxing. And Savonlinna with its awesome castle Olavinlinna as well as the world’s largest wooden church in Kerimäki are just a short drive away. If we’re in the area again, we will gladly come back here!

ДОРОГА. От СПБ – 300 км, через Светогорск. От дома 12 км до гипермаркета Prisma, 16 км до крепости Олавинлинна в Савонлинне, до крупнейшей в мире деревянной церкви в Керимяки - 20 км туда и обратно (до церкви ходил пешком, минус у такого мероприятия в том, что процентов 60 пути проходит вдоль обочины трассы). ДОМ. Повезло жить в этом доме целый месяц в период введения карантинных мероприятий, в марте 2020, на территории гольф клуба в окружении бескрайних полей, хвойных деревьев и озер. Терраса дома выходит на лес и складывается впечатление, что вокруг никого нет. В моем случае это было действительно так, не встретил ни одного человека к концу марта: интересные впечатления, сотканные из уединения, звуков ветра, шума деревьев и пения птиц. Обстановка дома светлая, просторная, большие окна на первом этаже, в кухне есть все необходимое: холодильник, посудомоечная машина, плита, микроволновка, тостер, кофеварка, вся посуда и столовые приборы, вода чистая (дополнительно из фильтра), большой деревянный стол и много стульев. В гостиной диваны и телевизор, новая стиральная машина под лестницей, в спальне две небольшие кровати и дополнительные спальные места на втором этаже. В доме есть компактная сауна; вода и холодная и горячая без единого перебоя с температурой или напором. На террасе - садовая мебель и угольный гриль. Все, что касается бытовых условий, нареканий не вызывает и соответствует ожиданиям от загородного дома финского формата. ТЕРРИТОРИЯ. Метров 200 от дома до озера, на берегу которого небольшая детская площадка, волейбольная сетка, качели, лодки и беседки для гриля. Летом, вероятно, на территории многолюдно, рыбалка (по лицензии), велосипедные прогулки, шашлыки, прокат различного инвентаря и прочие радости. Если проехать минут 5 на машине или пройтись пешком, можно обнаружить ресепшн гольф-клуба и небольшой ресторан, но опыта взаимодействия с этими объектами не имею. ХОЗЯИН ДОМА. С Павлом держали связь по переписке, дом к приезду подготовила управляющая компания, было чисто и тепло. На все вопросы Павел отвечал оперативно и подробно, хотя процесс заезда и выезда организован таким образом, что не возникает никаких срочных вопросов, все понятно и просто. Это бронирование было в моем опыте первым через airbnb, до этого много лет пользовался в путешествиях исключительно букингом. Я остался доволен этим опытом, прежде всего благодаря уютному дому, а также вежливости и тактичности его хозяина. Спасибо еще раз Павлу, а всем будущим гостям дома - пожелания приятного отдыха!

The house, the place, the nature, the forest, the lake, everything is fine, We really liked it. Great boat with a motor. But .. The site claims 3 bathrooms. There are actually 3 toilets and only one shower on the ground floor. Problematic for two families or ten people in a house. The ferry costs 4 euros. There were no garbage bags, minimal toilet paper, not even matches to light the stove, an ax to chop wood chips for the fireplace, no gas can for the outboard motor. It is difficult to imagine that people arriving from abroad have all this with them. Дом, место, природа, лес, озеро-все прекрасно, Нам очень понравилось. Отличная лодка с мотором. Но ..На сайте заявлено 3 ванных комнаты. На самом деле есть 3 туалета и всего один душ на первом этаже. Проблематично для двух семей или десяти человек которые вмещает дом. Паром стоит 4 евро. Не было мешков для мусора, минимальное количество туалетной бумаги, нет даже спичек, чтобы разжечь печку , нет топора чтобы нарубить щепок для камина, нет канистры для бензина для лодочного мотора. Трудно предположить что люди прилетающие из-за границы имеют при себе все это.

We spent a great time in the cabin in the perfect location of Saimaa Lake. The hosts are very kind and helpful. the whole experience was just excellent. You do need to get major food and items before you visit the cabin, but you can find most of things you need at the cabin and you do have a small shop (Kmarket) 30 minutes drive. All instructions are given by Uta ahead of time, so no surprises.

Mökki oli upealla paikalla, todella viihtyisä ja kotoisen oloinen. Ikkunoista aukeni näkymät Puruvedelle. Tulikivi uunin lämpö otti meidät vastaan ja siinä oli mukava pitää tulia myös oleskelumme aikana. Puut sekä uuniin että saunaan olivat valmiina. Sauna oli tunnelmallinen ja löylyt lempeät, terassille pääsi näppärästi vilvoittelemaan. Keittiö oli erinomaisesti varusteltu, kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Sängyt ja vuodevaatteet olivat miellyttävät. Mikko viesti aktiivisesti ja ystävällisesti saaden olomme tuntumaan tervetulleelta. Tätä kohdetta voi lämpimästi suositella varmasti kaikkina vuodenaikoina arjesta irtiottoon. Uskon, että vierailemme uudelleenkin.

One of the most beautiful places we have stayed! The home is wonderful and had everything we needed for our stay. The surroundings are spectacular. I could have sat on the deck and watched the lake for hours. Veera was lovely and helped us extremely quickly when I inadvertently locked us out of the house…not my finest moment! We hope to come back to this amazing airbnb someday if we make it back to Finland.

Es hat uns gefallen, das Haus hatte die perfekte Größe. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, und der Ofen funktioniert. Die Sauna heizt richtig gut, und uns hat der Standort gefallen. Der einzige Punkt, den wir als negativ werten, ist das mit dem Holz. Ich finde, die Hitze der Sauna ist sehr individuell. Klar habt ihr im Beschrieb erwähnt, dass das Holz rationiert ist, aber wir empfinden das als suboptimal. Wir sind zweimal nicht in die Sauna gegangen und haben das Holz entsprechend eingeteilt. Für uns ist das etwas umständlich und eine einbusse auf etwas zu verzichten in den wohlverdienten Ferien. Ich würde zusätzlich in der Wintervermietung Utensilien für das Eis zur Verfügung stellen, z. B. Eisretter oder Spikes für die Schuhe. Das ist mehr ein „Nice to have“.

Nice cottage , nothing fancy but that’s what we wanted, comfy and cosy, things work and overall quite comfortable, really warm even in -28 outside, in a great location, fantastic nature, great for cross-country skiing.

Helpful and friendly host, very nice cottage with lots of room! Place and cottage are actually better than pictures let you know. We spend nice relaxing weekend, I highly recommend!!
