Close proximity to Reddens (for full services and prepared foods and grocery/liquor shopping). Also close proximity to Rushing River Provincial Park for hiking and sand beach. July can be busy with a neighbouring facility close by. Boat launch very close....Access to Lake of the Woods via boat lift on the West end of the lake (tokens for boat lift available at Reddens).

Custom birch interior, original windows and doors, cozy back bedroom, bright and liveable interior space. Cook in the well stocked kitchen and hang out in the screened in dining room.
