Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

We loved this home so much we didn't want to leave! The pool was just what we needed in the middle of a busy vacation. Thank you!

Fabulous accommodation for our girls holiday. Close to the metro for transport to the city & not too far by taxi. Great communication from the host. Would recommend.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

Un lugar perfecto para desconectar, la casita estaba en perfectas condiciones. Mari encantadora, muy atenta. Sin duda repetiremos.

Un sitio perfecto para quedarse unos días con la familia. En nuestro caso viajamos 4 generaciones, iba desde mi abuelo hasta mi bebé. Es cierto que hay que subir escaleras para subir a la planta donde está el wc, la cocina y el salón, pero si no te importa subir escaleras la casa es perfecta. No le falta detalle. Está muy cerca de la playa y la playa es genial, arena fina y agua muy limpia y perfecta para peques y mayores. Las camas son bastante cómodas y que hubiese aire acondicionado en las habitaciones fue un detalle bastante importante debido a la gran ola de calor que hemos tenido. Para nosotros fue una estancia perfecta, un lugar al que poder repetir.

Lovely place, just like how the pictures show. Super convenient location that allows you to walk around the old town. Very friendly and responsive host, with clear instruction. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Valencia next time

Fantastic place. The apartment was everything I had hoped for. I rated the location a bit lower because there is not much around but I was looking for that and am happy with taking the bus (which was convenient but not always regular) into Valencia for day trips. The terrace was fantastic and I could have only wished for better weather to enjoy it more. Clearly that is is no one's fault. Marien helped me out quickly with messaging and was polite when I confused the instructions (totally my fault). I would love to have a place like that in Spain. So spacious and airy. I wake much earlier than my partner so a fantastic change from a hotel room where I need to be so careful about not waking him while in the same room. Kitchen was also fantastic and a large supermarket right around the corner.

The location of the apartment is right where you want to be. Lots of adorable little bars, restaurants and even a little fruit stand just 50 feet away! Plus the big Ruzafa Mercado is down the street. The inside of the apartment is so chic. Black, gray, stainless and a kick of fuchsia. The patio is comfortable and a great place for coffee or glass of wine. Great hot water and water pressure too. Loved it and would like to come back!!!! Alicia was gracious enough to go to the visitors center and get Easter weekend festivities info for us. She stopped by for a quick “hello” and run-through of where things are, washer/dryer operation, etc. Really nice host and apartment.

We stayed one week in Kath‘s apartment as part of a longer workation in Spain. It’s located in the middle of the Ruzafa area and allowed us to explore all the great restaurants and bars on foot. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a workation: fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and even our dog was allowed. We are definitely coming back next time we want to stay in Valencia!

Our host Edu was so great, super communicative and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, he tried to do his best accommodate us for a late check in, he sent lots of useful recommendations for things to do in the area, and made it clear that he was available if we needed him. The apartment was beautiful and literally had every single thing a person could wish for, from yoga mats to kitchen utensils and books, games cotton buds and tissues! He obviously puts love into his rental and you can see that in every detail. We stayed as a family with small children and the area was great, plenty of playgrounds and streets with no cars to enjoy tapas while the kids played. We had a wonderful time at Edu's place and that is largely down to the time and care Edu put into hosting us 😍

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, appartement impeccable ! Très proche des commerces de proximité et de la cité des sciences. Environnement très calme. Hôte accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Merci pour cet accueil, nous avons passé un très beau voyage !

Vicente is a kind and generous host who made us feel welcome even before we arrived, then met us at the apartment in order to explain everything and give us excellent sightseeing tips. His English is perfect. He supplied some treats like croissants, juice and coffee capsules, as well as water and milk. His kitchen was easy to use for the times we ate in. But the special selling point is the location. It is an older style complex in a superb location. We were able to leave the car parked on the street at Vicente’s place and walk to the resort style restaurants, cafes and shops at the beach, 5 minutes away, or equally we could catch a bus or metro just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The service to town - or the aquarium complex- is frequent and does not take long - maybe 15-20 mins. I’d recommend getting a 10 trip card - a Suma 10 for €5 - which can be used on busses and the metro. So easy. We were very happy with our time here. Thanks, Vicente!

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte hier um Valencia kennen zu lernen. Mit dem Auto waren es ca 10 Minuten bis in die Stadt und nachmittags haben wir den schönen Strand direkt vor der Haustüre genossen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Konnten gut kochen in der Küche und obwohl die Wohnung klein ist, ist alles sehr geräumig und es hat viel Stauraum. Unsere Kleine hat auch sehr gut im Babybett geschlafen, welches knapp ins Schlafzimmer passt. Lediglich das Schwimmbad war uns zu kalt. Wir waren nur einmal kurz da. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt.

Our stay in Valencia was absolutely perfect! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He was always available, extremely helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations on what to see and do in Valencia. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

Wir haben eine super Zeit von drei Wochen in dem schön eingerichteten Apartment verbracht. Es fehlte an nichts, durchdacht & gut ausgestattet, alles hat soweit funktioniert. Rückfragen wurden zeitnah und flexibel beantwortet, wir konnten sogar etwas früher einchecken. Für die Region typisch und unabhängig von der prima Unterkunft, hatten uns nachts gelegentlich Mücken geplagt. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage konnte von uns genutzt werden (auch mit SUV und etwas rangieren möglich). Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert, danke, wir würden wieder kommen!
