The location of the apartment is right where you want to be. Lots of adorable little bars, restaurants and even a little fruit stand just 50 feet away! Plus the big Ruzafa Mercado is down the street. The inside of the apartment is so chic. Black, gray, stainless and a kick of fuchsia. The patio is comfortable and a great place for coffee or glass of wine. Great hot water and water pressure too. Loved it and would like to come back!!!! Alicia was gracious enough to go to the visitors center and get Easter weekend festivities info for us. She stopped by for a quick “hello” and run-through of where things are, washer/dryer operation, etc. Really nice host and apartment.

What a fantastic apartment in the most perfect location , it’s not often you find a place that’s even better than the photos , super stylish with immaculate detail throughout . we met Carlos’s partner who was friendly and very helpful .we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend those who are lucky enough to visit Valencia with the perfect base for your stay

We stayed one week in Kath‘s apartment as part of a longer workation in Spain. It’s located in the middle of the Ruzafa area and allowed us to explore all the great restaurants and bars on foot. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a workation: fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and even our dog was allowed. We are definitely coming back next time we want to stay in Valencia!

Schöne Wohnung nahe der Innenstadt von Valencia. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß mitten in der Altstadt. Vor Ort gibt es alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist gut 5 Minuten entfernt. Für die Lage war die Wohnung überraschend ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Das Viertel war an Ostern nicht sehr touristisch, was wir angenehm fanden. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch um sich selbst zu versorgen. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Aufteilung und das Schlafzimmer auf der Empore ist gemütlich und bietet viel Platz. Das Zimmer mit dem Einzelbett ist klein, hat kein Außenfenster und ist deshalb hauptsächlich für Kinder geeignet. Der Balkon ist groß und überall stehen Pflanzen. Neben einer Sitzgruppe und einem kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen ist immer noch reichlich Platz. Die Vermieter sind super nett und versuchen alles, damit man sich wohlfühlen kann. Die Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet und alle Absprachen war verbindlich.

The apartment was perfect for our trip. Great location for walking or cycling everywhere in the city (we didn’t get on the metro once!). Easy to get to from the airport. Perfect size for 2 people, clean, quiet, wonderful. Thank you!

We had a lovely time in Jorge‘s apartment, it’s exactly like in the pictures, very spacious and bright. The kitchen is very well equipped so we did a lot of cooking. The location is great too, just a short walk from the old town and in a nice neighborhood. Jorge was a super friendly host who gave us great recommendations!

The loft was great. It was clean and welcoming. Rosa (and her mother) were superb hosts. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great vacation. The neighborhood is a great place to stay in Valencia, especially during easter week, as there are lots of interesting processions happening. All main sights and the historic city center are easy to reach via bus, or Uber. Many great restaurants and the beach are within a few minutes by foot, Rosa gave us some recommendations.

El apartamento es muy bonito y muy bien equipado. Muy cerca del Parque Gulliver y de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. El jacuzzi es un punto muy bueno que le da un gran salto de calidad. Volveriamos sin dudar.

아주 깨끗하고 현대적인 새아파트라서 머물면 기분좋아지는숙 입니다. 시내에 위치해있고 바로 앞에 큰 공원이 있습니다. 도보로 10분이내에 구시가지 관광지에 접근할 수 있어 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 적극 추천합니다.

Our AirBnb was very clean, the couch and bed both very comfortable, the bed being neither too soft nor too hard. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Enough kitchen appliances to make pasta with a sauce for supper and eggs on toast for breakfast. Excellent WiFi for working and taking calls. Located on a quiet street but close to many restaurants and the mercadona for groceries was just around the corner. We had flexible check-in and were able to coordinate with our host to be let in early. Great for 2 people. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Rafa was an excellent host - always responsive and friendly, and provided a lot of suggestions for things to do in Valencia. The apartment was very suitable for our young children. From the accommodation you can walk to the beach or Metro station in 10 minutes, and there are a lot of amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, etc nearby). Would definitely stay again.

Perfekte Lage mit einer sehr schönen Einrichtung. Die Dachterasse hat den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet

La casa estaba impecable y tanto la cama como el sofá muy cómodos. El piso está ubicado en el Cabanyal, un barrio muy pintoresco que tiene todos los servicios a tan solo unos minutos a pie y la playa a unos 10 minutos caminando.

Muy recomendable, todo limpio y con check-in con autogestión. Volvería a hospedarme.
