Always a great place to stay when visiting Wilson Lake!

We came to Hays for a little one night stay with our toddler after attending the barbwire festival in lacrosse and found this house and it was prefect to just let our little guy be a little guy. We didn’t have to worry about him being too loud for a motel. Everything was prefect and clean. We love how even though we forgot soap they had some.(we left some baby soap) we loved everything about this house.

Great place, great host. She was quick to respond. This was a very nice place, had everything you might need. Easy check in and check out. Lake Wilson is a very pretty lake and area about 6 miles from house. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing this family home for others to enjoy

Perfect place and set up for our family. We were in town for a weekend for a wedding. Great location and the house was very clean and comfortable.

We loved the place and we slept great. A beautiful old house that’s full of character. We took a walk around Waukeeney and had a good meal at a spot right down the street. Top marks for the host as well.

Was a great place for a couple weekend get away. Morning coffee was provided and the place felt like home before we even stepped inside. Place was super clean when we arrived and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this house as the place to stay if you’re coming to Hays!

Josh and Kathryn were amazing! We were flying in from Denver and our flight got cancelled so we ended up making the 5 hour drive. I let them know and they went over to the house and turned on the porch and inside light for us (we got in at almost 2am). We appreciated it so much. The house was perfect for us as well. Beds were very comfortable, shower was great (adjustable shower head so you don't have to do aerobics trying to shave your legs lol) and amenities came in handy. If we return we would absolutely stay here again.
