Great area for hiking, biking, tubing, Saluda Gorge Zip line, fishing, quaint antique shops, gift shops, and art galleries all around.

This cozy 1955 Sears & Roebuck kit house has been brought back to life! We vaulted ceilings and removed walls, but kept the original footprint. It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. No dogs under 1 year. Additional pet & cleaning fees longer stays.

There is a nice little deck out back with a charcoal grill or enjoy a quiet evening around the fire pit out front. Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.

Sophie's cabin is tucked away in the forest of the gated Riverbend Community. It is a quiet retreat ideally suited for a couple looking to unplug and be in nature. It's both spacious and cozy with a private bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, and a comfortable living room. There is a large private deck behind the cabin with a dining set, gas grill, and 2 lounge chairs. A large Ingles grocery store and several restaurants are open nearby.
