The property was immaculately maintained and presented. Amazing amount of little touches (after a really long drive) were hugely appreciated. I had another wonderful stay with lovely Karen. She really is the best host, and I always feel right at home as soon as I step through the door. Her house is so clean, comfortable and full of quirky art. The bedroom is at the back of the house so is very peaceful and the bathroom is such a high standard, it's great to have your own lounge to relax in, so much better than staying in a hotel. Karen is such a friendly and interesting person, so much fun to chat to, I love staying with her, highly recommend to anyone staying in Grantham.

Eamon and Joy were great hots, always responsive and always willing to help, patient with Airbnb payment issues and very amenable to direct discussions to resolve any matters. Would highly recommend.

Great stay lovely location very peaceful. Amazing communication throughout from Susan. Everything is thought of no step missed. The place kitted out with all you need and super clean. Would highly recommend if you fancy an off the grid break!

Thank you so much for another perfect stay. I’d placed an order for a special meal to arrive, but hadn’t left enough time to have it arrive at home before leaving, Joanna was kind enough to allow the package to arrive on the day of our stay, she even unpacked it for us and placed in the fridge. Friendly welcome, beautiful little place for a couple of nights away. Everything you could need for a stay. Milk, bread, butter, eggs and jam all waiting for our arrival. Look forward to our next stay.

Staying with Ian was effortless, very responsive to messages, central location to the surrounding areas, right next to a pub, and cooks a great breakfast!

This was our second stay at Jay's place and once again our experience was excellent. We had to leave early in the morning and we still received a wonderful breakfast and great hospitality. We highly recommend Carlton Corner B&B - great quality accommodation and a warm welcome.

Liza and Mark were excellent host. We had great experience staying here! The communication with Liza was brilliant and very responsive. I appreciated the attention to detail and how easy they made everything. Highly recommend this place.

We have stayed before as it is only 10 mins away from family. Great breakfast too. Beautiful countryside. You can see for miles in all directions. It is a working farm so take wax ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me. Will defo go again.

Auf der Durchreise nach Inverness haben wir hier übernachtet. Es war super schön und wir haben uns gleich heimisch gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es ist sehr ruhig und auch für unsere Hunde war es sehr schön. Auch das Frühstück, was vorbereitet im Kühlschrank stand war super. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft.

This place is beautiful and Ruth is one of the nicest hosts I have ever come across. She makes you feel right at home and goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect for you. Couldn’t rate her highly enough.
