On the first floor there's a living room, kitchen & bathroom. On the 2nd floor there's a double bedroom & a twin bedroom with two full-size single ‘cabin’ beds, connected by a dressing room.

The building was re-built in 1420 and the Tearoom under this property is now the oldest established Tearoom in Rye.
