Food Scene
Best Americanos in the city. Very cute, small and unpretentious - not a lot of seating space though.

Great Italian food in a cozy atmosphere that's tucked away on Toronto Street. Mercatto is a family chain that's been around in Toronto for over a decade (I think), yet provides a fine-dining like experience minus the costs.

Sightseeing
A classic and historic spot. On Saturday mornings there's a farmer's market, and Sundays all day there's a flea market. All sorts of food and market items available there. One of my favourites is the bbq grill at the very back on the upper floor - don't go when you're hungry as there's usually a lineup at lunchtime.
