It s a commercial town, lot of shops, bar,restaurants and a small but nice center where u can walk and enjoy a drink. There s also a big market on wed and friday morning.

Consider that the amazing bar in san marco square are expensive if u take a seat . It worths, but don’t think it will be cheap😅

Bus 6 or 66 easiest way to reach venice! Not by car
Bus every 15/20 min from early morning until night 7 days a week. bus 1.50 at tobacconist or 3 euro on the bus. Day passes(24hours-48-72 ) cheapest way if u want to use buses and waterbuses in Venice (unlimited travels) ,also for the islands Murano and Burano. Day passes available online (actv website) or at tobacconist (closest one is at the end of out street,on the right,walking 5 min). Dont go to venice by car,it will be very expensive for parking. Leave the car in our free parking and take the bus

Consider that venice has lot of bridges, so stroller can be difficult to handle… while, buses and trams and trains have a dedicated space for stroller
