Kelso is a beautiful town 24 miles from here. There is a lovely drive to get there and fabulous architecture when you arrive. Floors Castle is definitely worth visiting and there are many independent shops to look at.

Kelso is a beautiful town 24 miles from here. There is a lovely drive to get there and fabulous architecture when you arrive. Floors Castle is definitely worth visiting and there are many independent shops to look at.
Lovely drive through the Scottish Borders tiger here. Takes about 45 minutes. Lots of gorgeous architecture and a hidden gem in the shape of “Main Street Trading”, a high quality book shop which incorporates a delish cafe and deli.

Within Walking Distance
East Ord Caravan Park has a good clubhouse which is open to the public. Food is served here daily and the premises is licences. Entertainment is provided at weekends and more often during the summer. There is an “adults only” dares.

Atelier has a bit of a buzz about it. Food wise, there are sharing platters, mussels, posh pies and baked Camembert to name but a few items on the menu. You might just want to visit for a glass of wine at lunch time. Anyway it has a nice vibe.

Berwick Elizabethan Walls surround the town on the northern side of the River Tweed. A wonderful walk around Berwick which takes around 45 minutes. Very unique experience!
