Paradise is known for the views and wildflower meadows. This part of Mt.Rainier is often snow covered until late in the summer. Be sure to bring a jacket and waterproof shoes if you’re planning to visit. The Skyline Trail Loop is one of my favorite hikes in the park! 5.5 miles round trip and elevation gain of 1700ft with great views of wildflowers, Mt. Rainier, and the Nisqually Glacier.

Sunrise Point - Sweeping views of the Cascade Range to the east, Sunrise Lake to the north, and Mount Rainier to the southwest. Sunrise - The fortress and blockade style structures as well as the rustic Day Lodge are part of the National Historic Landmark District. They are set amid colorful subalpine meadows with Emmons Glacier and Mount Rainier as a stunning backdrop.

Restaurant, bakery, and cafe all in one place! Very cute decor and friendly service. Their desserts are homemade. The macaroon is amazing, highly recommend! They also sell local honey here.
