One of the many “Villages” in our area. Here you can get Starbucks, Ice cream, some awesome pizza at Davenports or an upscale meal at Abhi. Other foodie stops include Char Bar 7, Post Office Pies, and one of my favorites- Sol y Luna (make sure to try the Sol y Luna margarita!)
Mountain Brook Village is also home to the Birmingham Zoo and Botanical Gardens.

One of the many “Villages” in our area. Here you can get Starbucks, Ice cream, some awesome pizza at Davenports or an upscale meal at Abhi. Other foodie stops include Char Bar 7, Post Office Pies, and one of my favorites- Sol y Luna (make sure to try the Sol y Luna margarita!)

The Farmer's Market at Pepper Place is one of the best Saturday mornings' in the area. Food, art, crafts, fresh vegetables and meats - a great start to the weekend.

Not only does this venue have the Saturday Farmer's Market, but it is host to some awesome restaurants! Betolla is probably the coolest around. Large outdoor seating and Great italian fare. Hot and Hot Fish Club recently moved down to this location with its sister restaurant Oven Bird around the corner. The brainy LUMBAR is a hangout for UAB crowd with lot's of taps and outdoor seating. Red Cat Coffee is here. There is BluePrint on 3rd, another upscale restaurant. And if you like beer and wine - Hop City! Maybe visit here AFTER you throw some axes at CIVIL AXE.
