So to park at Lost & Found is near impossible during summer scene. If you enjoy a walk, coffee and a treat, this is for you. I would suggest parking at Portstewart promenade and take the cliff walk from the side of the Covent. Lost & Found is located on the walk (it’s a white bungalow with a small carpark packed with cars trying to get in- you will be able to spot it near Berne harbour). I ❤️ everything this coffee has to offer. Great coffee and the breakfast bap is delicious.

Ramore in Portrush can be so busy and doesn’t allow you to book for small tables, often in the summer they don’t take any books. So you will often see a queue from 5 outside the door. Tip: if you want to eat there go over for 5, to get a time slot for that evening. Definitely good value for money and something on the menu for everyone. They now have takeaway huts outside if you want to grab food on the go.

Tiny coffee shop with homemade treats. Coffee tastes like milky coffee your granny would have made. Also has ice cream, but I don’t eat ice cream so I can’t review, but I see lots of people enjoying it. The harbour itself is lovely and you can see Whitepark beach and Ballycastle. Great photo opportunity 📸. It also appeared in Game of Thrones.

Located on the road into Gaints Causeway. In a small carkpark- again can’t miss it (their will be lots of people at it). Speciality cheesy toastier, amazing coffee and hot chocolates with roasted marshmallows 😋 It’s not cheap but worth it. Maybe treat yourself if you visit the Gaint’s Causeway.

Amazing food - Good value for food and typically has deals on. The quality of food is fantastic. There is a great menu, something for everyone. You can book online, but I would recommend calling to book AND ask to be seated upstairs with a sea view. Probably wise to say it’s an occasion to secure the good seats, but the food and view is worth it. Located on the ocean road between Portstewart and Portrush.

This is just at the bottom of my road. 5- 10 minute walk. The food is excellent. Standard pricing for the North Coast. Amazing thin based pizzas. Wide variety of starters to share. Good wine listing too.

I really like this little cafe in the Port. You have a beautiful view and see all the tour boats leaving the harbour. The tray bakes and scones etc are all homemade, delicious maybe too delicious. Coffee is good too. Again like most places in the summer can be busy. I like to walk down sunday morning and enjoy breakfast here.

Favourite for beach food

It is not the cheapest, but I think you are paying for the experience as well as good food.

Tip: you have to pay to park on the beach, it’s £7!!! It’s a beautiful beach, but it you are feeling energetic you can walk the scenic cliff way from the Covent and this will bring you onto the beach 🏖.

If you have good sea legs and the weather holds, I would suggest taking in the North Coast with a boat tour. There are several tour boats which leave from Portstewart and personally I think Aquaholics are one of best tour guides. They have an extensive range of sea tours and also have a host of other activities such as diving.
