This is a nice activity with family to take in local fauna and flora. I think it is so important that children (and adults) understand the ecology and see animals first hand. Do your best to walk 10 minutes a day BAREFOOT on sandy, grassy or any type of earth ground for immediate positive health results.

I spent some lovely afternoons here with mom friends or just me alone watching our kids play on the splashpad and in the playground. There are picnic tables and, like all parks in WH, people have family get togethers here regularly. Also this is another place to walk on earth barefoot. There is a long skateboard/ roller skating trail too. Roller Skating is fun around Lake Howard too.

301 Avenue G NWI spent some lovely afternoons here with mom friends or just me alone watching our kids play on the splashpad and in the playground. if you can appreciate an authentic kareoke experience running the gamet musically... from country, mexican, standards, popular, and with a DANCE FLOOR. The Chinese/american junk fast food booth serves inexpensive adult beverages and is adjacent to the Live Alligator show led by a local Indian reptile wrestler who lost his thumb in 2021 the week before we visited wrestling with a gator. This International Flea Market also has an entertaining kid's circus / magic show on weekends and the best home made donuts I have ever eaten, at middleish entrance of back "tent'. Presumed local produce is sold as well as live chickens. Fantastic teaching experience with children and truly enjoyable live music experience, also a nice international variety of foodtruck type businesses, chinese product distrbutors and leather workers.

Ther eis a comedy club. a wonderful pizza restaurant, TEMPO, great bar and food, lovely gift shops, Arabella's the fanciest restaurant with an amazing pianist every night, Ritz theatre puts on an eclectic selection of artists with like 2-3 shows a month, lovely new wne bar with a beautiful couple with kids as owners, an vinegar and olive oil shop with great gelato as well, great hairdresser on the park, pool hall with darts which I loooove... oh and the fantastic classic ANY Thornill's IS A MUST as is SMoking OX BarBQ. tell the owner Clayton, Victoria sent you.
