El Pozo de Jacinto is a pit cave located in Jobos Isabela & has a well known legend amongst the locals. A story about a man named Jacinto is related to Pozo de Jacinto. In that Jacinto and his cow fell into the pit cave and drowned, if his name is called and mention of the cow is made, the ocean becomes furious and churns wildly, in response; "Jacinto, give me the Cow!"

Beautiful Tree House! Fun for whole family to climb & walk through.
Do not recommend to go with infants or very young children that need to be carried. No strollers allowed as there is alot of walking through the woods to get to the caves & the caves are kinda challenging if you have a disability. Theres lots of climbing makeshift steps that are steep & uneven. But, the view through the Window is absolutely stunning!

Fun little seaside town overlooking the Bahia de la Parguerra. Lots of quaint little souvenir shops & lots of restaurants & bars. Live music on the weekends. Take a boat tour to Isla Mata la Gata where you have 15-20 minutes to take a swim in an enclosed natural ocean pool or walk through the tiny island & hunt for sea shells. The boat ride is fun for the whole family where you pass boat houses on either side & pass through mangroves & at night if no moon visible you see the bioiluminescent bay glow in the dark & can jump in with the guided tour for a quick swim that iluminates the water!

A quaint fishing village in Cabo Rojo. Great place for fresh seafood as the majority of our seafood is caught out of Cabo Rojo. Lots of restaurants in such a tiny village of a place. Live music on the weekends with street dancing & of course drinking where you can get $1 shots of chichaitos! Yup, thats what its called but I won't translate it, lol! Walking distance to Boqueron Beach & short drive to Playa Buye, Combate Beach, El Faro de Cabo Rojo y Playa Sucia & lets not forget the Salt Flats with its unique pink water. All must see!!

Lighthouse you can actually go into. It is also a museum. Has rest rooms. Free Entrance. This light house is located at the South Western tip of the Island. Can't go more South West than this. Breathtaking views all around! Awesome for great pics. Great hike to reach the lighthouse. Wear comfortable walking/hiking shoes. Very Hot, so take your water, sunscreen & bug spray. After you enjoyed the views and picture taking you'll want to relax at Playa Sucia (not really dirty) that's the name but it is a beautiful beach to take a dip (strong waves) and sun bathe. FYI, there are family of cats in the parking area. You will also pass the Salt Flats with pink water getting there. Another site that can't be passed up. Across the street there are local artisans set up to show you their craft and great place to pick up that special something. Help, support our local artists.

The Links at Royal Isabela extend dramatically along cliffs 200 feet above the ocean, and drop to areas of natural sand dunes along the Atlantic. Our golf course is alive with plants, birds and butterflies native to Isabela, Puerto Rico. Sod-faced bunkers add a Scottish flair to this island gem. All of these elements, along with trade winds that are your friend one moment and your foe the next, shape the course’s character and captivate the golf purist.
