This park is very picturesque year round. Prone to flash floods so make sure to check with the many on site rangers for safe weather conditions. On a hot day I highly recommend you get sunscreen, a big rim hat, plenty of water, water shoes and head to the Narrows. Make sure to ask the rangers how the river is beforehand for safety reasons.
