The best fish burrito IMHO. I also love the carne adovada. Arrive before it gets too busy. Funky setting with outdoor tables. Drive thru with limited parking.

Utahan's LOVE this place. Soda mixes and yummy frosted sugar cookies abound. If you like diet coke/coconut/lime give the "dirty diet coke" a try.

Check the business hours because it is only open in the summer thru fall when it turns into Frightmares with haunted houses. It's a 30 minute drive.

The train will take you around the park making stops at the pioneer homes, native american village, playground, etc. We have always enjoyed the gem digging or gold mining. See the monument and learn about Brigham Young and the other pioneer founders of Salt Lake City. During the first weekend in December they host the German Christkindlmarkt.

Recreation
Head up Big Cottonwood Canyon to the resort I learned to snowboard on. I may be biased but it's one of my favorites. Although, you can't go wrong at any nearby resort. You may want to give Park City a try which is a 45 minute drive from here.
