Chania modern city is very interesting with a lot of places to visit. Make a walk from the house to Municipal Market (it is closed for repair), 1866 square, Tzanakaki st., Municipal garden, Peace and Friendship Park, Clock Tower and Nearchou st. (aristocratic boulevard). In the centre of the town, there are many shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Eat the best souvlaki from Oasis and the sweet Bougatsa Iordanis!

Nea Chora is our neighbourhood. Here are the best fish restaurants in the city and the sandy beach is appropriate for swimming. The beach is about 3-5 minutes of walking. Visit the small fishing harbor in the sunset and take amazing pictures. A very nice coastal walk is from the house to Chrisi Akti! It is about 30 minutes of walking next to the sea!
