You can take there your own food and prepare your own breakfast. it is not a problem to bring your own food. The neighborhood is very local, historical, warm, and you will fall in love if you like old cities.
You can buy a famous breakfast pastry (börek in turkish) order cup of a tea and enjoy your breakfast.
