• We’ve noticed that the food is much tastier during the week. We think they use a different cook on the weekends.
• It can be hard to get through to them on the phone if you want to call ahead. I think they’re stuck in the 70s, so give yourself some time. Maybe have a glass of wine before you try calling.
• I always get the chicken tikka masala, and ask for raita on the side. It’s soooo good! (during the week. Lol)

The sushi restaurants in El Paso used to be very... questionable. However, the one time I went to this place, there was absolutely nothing to question. I loved it. Also, it's a big restaurant with a lot of tables and boothes.

• A little pricey and a very small menu, but oh my god… the bread ($5 for a small loaf, but WORTH IT because they make it just for you) and the pizza are to die for!
• If you go, I would suggest eating there, as opposed to bringing it home. It’s really nice to sit at the tables that are right next to some undeveloped canyon land.
• Try to get more than one type of pizza. They are really unique, and you’ll want to try different ones, even if their descriptions don’t sound appealing. I was shocked by how good the pizzas I thought were going to be disgusting (based on their descriptions) were.

I have always loved this place. I actually go here quite a bit. It's a tiny museum, but they've done such a great job with it. There are also well-maintained nature trails around the building. (Just please use caution in the summer, because there are rattlesnakes in the mountains.)
If you go, I strongly suggest you travel to and from there through the Franklin Mountains, as opposed to going around them.

This is a beautiful ride along the mountainside that will take you to the other side of town. We always loved when our parents would take us up there. It's especially amazing if you go at sunset.
