You can book boat trips to explore this area with local experts or hire bikes on the seafront for an hour or a day and explore the coast under your own steam.

Sightseeing
Our favourite island and only 15 minutes on the ferry. There are (busier) beaches beside the dock but a 15 minute walk across the island brings you to miles of empty beach, blue sea and a funky beach bar in the summer months. You can rent an umbrella with 2 sun beds for about €10 but we provide umbrellas and beach towels if you want to wander further up the beach to a quieter spot. Heaven!
