In my opinion Milk Bar number 1 in Warsaw and I like milk bars a lot so visit them quite often ;) You can read more about milk bars here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bar_mleczny If you're up to have a very Polish lunch (and you eat meat) then then go for: Schabowy + Ziemniaki + Zestaw Surówek + Kompot That's what I'm having all the time ;) Smacznego! (Buon apetit!) Pricewise: $ Only minus: the line can get super long during lunch hours.
