Downtown Victoria is an easy 15 minute drive and public transportation is within walking distance from the house. The home is quiet with a large backyard for the use of the guests staying in the suite.

It's just 3km to downtown and a short 10 to 15-minute walk to either Tillicum mall, Uptown mall or the Switch Bridge where the Galloping Goose meets Lochside trail. If you're traveling up island or to the ferry/airport, the location is ideal and bypasses a lot of city traffic!
