I have to say I would definitely stay again. Terrence was a great host, responds to message super quick and really helpful. The place was in excellent condition, very secure place very clean. The location is really close to a lot of things, 17 mins away to old San Juan, 9 mins to Walmart and other restaurants. Even though less than 24 hrs into our stay the island had a total blackout Terrence was really helpful. Checked on us throughout the day, making sure we were ok. Really did appreciate that. You may see the neighborhood to be a little sketchy but to be honest it is a very very quiet neighborhood. Thank you Terrence for opening your home.

Nelida, was very nice. She contacted me prior because I had concerns of the power outage in PR. She explained that power is typically restored within a day or two and her place has a generator. I had a Fantastic stay at her place. It was a very large space, and had comfortable beds. The master is incredible with an outside balcony. No issues here this was a 10/10 stay. Will rebook.

This place was amazing and everything we had hoped for for our group vacation. Carmen was super responsive with any questions we had and she gave detailed instructions for finding the place and checking in. We had plenty of basic supplies and made use of the beach chairs and towels. The veranda and pool were fantastic and you just can't beat being right on the ocean. It was very clean, had nice landscaping and comfy furniture inside and outside as well. There are restaurants nearby (thank you to Carmen for the recommendations) and a great beach down the road with a nice swimming lagoon. It was a great jumping off point to get to many places in the island and a short, 45 minutes to the airport and Old San Juan. We loved it and would definitely recommend it!

The house was just as the described, if not better. The photo of the view from the patio and pool doesn’t quite do it justice as you have a great view of the island, part of the rainforest and out onto the water. The house is a great location to sightseeing and visiting all the island has to offer. The house had all the amenities and more you could ask for. Olivia did a great job with communication and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Perfect Stay The home was beautiful clean and cozy with a warm welcoming vibe. The host was amazing with communication always kind and quick to respond. Would absolutely stay again. The house looks way better than it is in person. I absolutely loved the stay.

We booked this property for my mom’s 70th Birthday. Absolutely stunning views, especially in the early morning. House is meticulous and beautifully modern. We had such a wonderful time playing billiards and swimming in the pool (even though pool was a bit chilly for my parents to enjoy, despite it being automatically heated). What proved challenging for us was having a toddler since floors are slippery, but thats on us. Restaurant operating hours was another issue, but many restaurants on the island have unusual hours (this time being closed Mon - Th)….we also went during Semana Santa which affects these hours. My suggestion is always call ahead to confirm hours. We did however find a pretty nice restaurant called Encantos in town with good food and service. Communication with the host Anamir was very efficient since her response turnaround time was very quick, even if it was snapshotting and circling the answer. Overall, a great property to enjoy with your nearest and dearest!

Really enjoyed staying at this place!! The location is great, so many places to eat and drink, short walk everywhere such as to beach and grocery. The place was very spacious and we had a large group and didn’t feel crowded ever! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy activity and walking. We had a rental car and were very close to other beaches and areas and loved exploring all around San Juan! Uber is also extremely available and helps out a lot if you want to explore beyond Isla Verde!

This was a really neat location to stay. Right in the heart of Old San Juan, tons of character. We loved being so close to restaurants, the forts and all the other amenities of old San Juan. The roads are pretty slim as could be expected for such an old area, but if you are up for an adventure you can still get around in your car easily enough. While parking can be a challenge the location does have some spots for loading and unloading which is super helpful. Great place to stay in Old San Juan!

Sylvette’s place was beyond excellent. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything we could need. It’s very well located, just 10 minutes from the airport, in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The house is very cozy; me and my family felt right at home. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend a stay at Hacienda we Azucena! From the moment we stepped onto the property we felt like we were transported into our own private, tropical paradise! It was like having a resort all to ourselves! The home was very well maintained, and the grounds absolutely pristine. We enjoyed countless hours in the pool and hot tub, as well as star gazing each night. As soon as the sun would go down, the rainforest came alive and we were immersed in all the wonderful sounds of nature. There were a couple hiccups during our stay, which is to be expected, since it is a home in the middle of the rainforest, but Carmen and Jamie were immediately responsive, and had the issues taken care of very quickly! I cannot recommend this property enough, and when my family returns to Puerto Rico, we will definitely be trying to stay here once again! If you’re heading to Puerto Rico, look no further because this is the place you want to stay!

We had such a wonderful stay. It was a little tricky to find, especially at 230am, but Isaac was very helpful. The best surprise was the beach. If you love secluded beaches then you will fall in love. It is pretty much across the street. It was very cool to check out the old water park. Made for some pretty cool pictures. Cute backyard, complete with some rogue pomegranates. Friendly neighbor dogs and a pond to walk around. We would highly recommend.

The house was great for our trip to PR! We took advantage of the backyard and grill and had a great night at the house. The neighbor was very comfortable. Linda provided great instructions and recommendations. We struggled a bit with the lock when we first got there but after multiple attempts, we got the keys and it was smooth sailing after that.

We had such an amazing experience at Socorro’s Casa. There were wonderful little touches all over the house, everything was so clean and comfortable, and the pool was sooo beautiful and enjoyable. Best family vacation ever. This sums it up: our teenager was not into this spring break trip to Puerto Rico, but upon leaving Socorro’s home, he said, “can you please remember this place so we can come back someday?”…and he hasn’t been nearly as happy since we left.

Our vacation at this oceanfront house was unforgettable! The view was stunning, with the property right on the ocean, perfect for exploring marine life during low tide - easily the highlight! We found lots of crabs, sea anemones, fish, and more. During low tide, you can walk along the shoreline to other beaches, which was a treat. The nice pool (a touch cold after rain but still ok) and most bedrooms having their own bathrooms added comfort. The AC worked great, and it was breezy most of the time, keeping things pleasant. However, if the breeze stops, bugs can get a bit bothersome. When the breeze dies down during low tide with no waves, it’s the perfect time to kayak - otherwise, kayaking’s a bit tougher due to the usual breeze. The papaya and coconuts on the property gave a tropical vibe, and my lacrosse-playing son loved the concrete walls for wall-ball practice. With plenty of towels and blankets, we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Me and my friends had an amazing stay at Monteflores Property. Luis met us at check in and provided an update on every amenity in the beautiful villa. The rooms were big clean and spacious as we had 5 guest stay for my best friends 40th birthday. The location was amazing and private but very secure. The location was so much bigger in person and super clean which we loved. We recommend anyone with a big party to reserve with them you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again for providing an amazing stay and when I come back to Puerto Rico I will absolutely book with them again.

I’ve been to Puerto Rico many times, and this Airbnb was by far the nicest, most secure place we have stayed at. Christie was so communicative and let us check in early since our flight was early which was so appreciated! The day we landed on the island, there was an island wide power outage, and it didn’t really affect us because of the generator at the Airbnb. The place was so clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. The beds were all so comfortable. The house actually is even nicer in person than in pictures! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Christie provided a guide that provided very thorough instructions for check in and for our entire stay. Their location was excellent with a lot around and only 15-20 mins to San Juan. The neighborhood felt very exclusive. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in Puerto Rico!

This is one of our new favorite places to stay in PR! It was so homey and clean! Quiet and everything about it made us feel at home. It was close to all of our favorite places and restaurants and minutes from the beach and local hangouts. We cant wait to hopefully book again in the future! Thanks for everything!

My friends and I stayed at this amazing Airbnb located right on Luquillo Beach. Seriously the most beautiful and quiet beach you will ever see. The pool was used basically everyday. It was nice to have a private area for us to use while we waited for other people to get ready for the day, or cool off after a long day of hiking and exploring the area. This air bnb is huge and honestly exceeded our expectations. The host was very responsive and friendly. There were even beach chairs and a beach cart for our use. He recommended lots of places and activites for us to do. CNote the Jazz bar is a must. Great location, we were able to either walk or drive everywhere. 25 minutes to the rain forest, 25 minutes to farajado. Highly recommend his place and location!

Un lugar muy espectacular para quedarse, muy limpio, organizado y acogedor. Sin mencionar que el personal encargado es muy atento. En mi caso Maryoris fue el personal encargado de mi hospedaje, estuvo muy atenta, muy amable y asegurándose que todo estuviera perfecto para así mismo pasar la estadía. Me explicó todo al detalle y a la perfección. De verdad que con el trato de ella y el lugar pasarán su mejor estadía.

Great stay! Bebos cafe is great food and walking distance. The house was great, clean and had everything you need. Would stay again!!
