Arlene's place is very clean and quite convenient. It's so close to the beach. My daughter and I felt very safe walking at night. Multiple restaurants and grocery stores close by. It's a couple of blocks away from the bus stop to Old Town. Parking is very limited in the immediate area (it was spring break & many construction workers' vehicles on street), however we were able to find a street parking w/in view of our place. Easy drive to main highway.

This was the perfect family vacation. We had a wonderful stay, beautiful condo with wonderful ocean views.

Loved the location and Luis was an excellent host. Great place - the view, the pool, and being right on the beach were highlights for us.

We enjoyed our stay. I appreciated the quality touches. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The space was fully updated and beautiful. Gigi was very responsive and also proactive when there was an issue with the air conditioner, which was resolved in under a day. Would stay here again.

Tommy and Kayla's place was exactly what my husband and I needed. Our experience started off great, with clear instructions on where and how to check in. The guest house was clean, cozy, and offered more than we expected. The location was key—we were so grateful to be just a short walk from the beach. Every day, we took a quick stroll (just a few minutes) to the beach for a swim. I could easily walk back to the house if I forgot something, which was super convenient. There were also plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. During our stay, there was a power outage across the whole island for a day, but Tommy and Kayla handled it so well that we barely noticed. They kept us updated throughout, and the house was powered by a generator. The hosts were incredibly well-prepared, so we didn’t have to worry at all. They were also super responsive whenever we had questions. We would definitely come back the next time we visit San Juan!

We loved our stay here! It was our son’s first time traveling (age 6 months old) and he loved everything about the location and what Carolina/Puerto Rico had to offer! This location was conveniently located near restaurants, beaches and stores! We highly recommend!

Ich war mir meiner Familie 2 Wochen lang in diesen wunderschönen Unterkunft. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Fie Gastgeberinen sind sehr freundlich und haben auf fragen sehr schnell reargiert. Die Unterkunft hat viel Platz und es ist super ausgestattet. Die Strandstühle und sonnenschirm sind ein Highlight und wir haben sie ganz oft benutzt. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Für kleine Kinder und Babys gibt es sogar Spielzeuge. Wir konnten super Wäsche waschen und trocknen... wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt und das gemietete Auto konnten wir problemlos und sicher vor dem Haus parken. Wenn wir wieder nach San Juan reisen, werden wir wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Place was exactly as described! Alex and Diana were very responsive! It was such a plus they had a solar generator during the islands power outage. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again. 10/10

The property is spacious and everything was really clean. Location is great. Easy check-in and Check-out.

Very nice place to stay. Literally a block from the beach. The AC worked very quickly and opening the windows was also an option. Outside they had a lot of spaces to hang things which was great because we were swimming almost every day and needed to dry towels and swim suits quickly. The parking could be tight at times but it was excellent to have and there’s a ton of great places to eat within walking distance. The bathroom window does seem to be stuck open but it kept some fresh air in the place.

House was very clean and good size for cooking, eating,etc. Having 2 full baths was great. Beds were comfy. A/C in every room worked really well. Appreciated the nice linens & towels. Kitchen had almost everything we needed. A few amenities to note - Coffee maker was a 1 person Keurig with refillable pods, no table lamps in bedrooms ( ceiling lights are harsh bright leds) and the beach amenities were a cooler and beach mats which were great but would have loved beach chairs or umbrella. We brought our own actual beach towels. nice full size washer & dryer. Quiet & safe neighborhood. Struggled with TV set to Spanish menu but once figured that out watched Netflix no problem. Stopped at Walmart on way but Grocery store was super close for drinks, basics. Beach is gorgeous, we drove & paid $5 parking for convenience but could walk. Would definitely stay again. Suggest visiting Playa Mar Chiquita beach, 15 min drive, it’s STUNNING! ❤️🇵🇷

Our stay was amazing, the outside space was as nice as the inside. Lots of extra amenities to go to the beach, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs etc. Stocked with extras. It was a private area and neighbors were nice. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Janet recommend grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. Responded quickly with our questions and very helpful. We would rent this lovely space again! THANKS!

Marcos was an exceptional host. He was always available when I had questions, kind, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him as wonderful host.

The house was just as pictured. The pool and beach are a short walk away . This location is secluded and you cannot walk anywhere so have a rental car or driver . If you are looking for a nice relaxing place to stay this is the place for you .

Josean is responsive, helpful and so accommodating— we stayed for 6 days with our 10 year old boys and we didn’t want to leave!! The pool and the house were beautiful and tranquil. Our boys collected sea glass on the beach directly in front of the house. The island lost power for a couple days and Josean jumped right in to set up the generator for us. This home is absolutely a must stay if you visit Vega Baja and we will be back!!! Thankyou!

My friends and I had the best time here! The pictures did not do this place justice, the view was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and they had everything we could have needed including beach chairs, towels, and all other important amenities. The staff of the building were also so kind. We can’t wait to come back!

Maris place was just perfect ! A 5 min walk to the beach and 10-15 min walk to local restaurants and markets. Just a few mins from the main strip of San Juan, the location was amazing. The apartment was spacious and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! I will 10000% be back !

The hosts were very responsive to every question we had. The instructions to get in were perfect. My daughter took their recommendation of using a cab from the airport vs an Uber, which is helpful given the time you arrive. Once you are there, the condo has everything you need and is within walking distance to everything else. There is a grocery store Supermercados Pueblo, about a block or 2 away, and plenty of restaurants. The guidebook had one listed Metropol that was very close and the food was great. Also, there is Panadería Las Canarias that has a great breakfast and the lunch looked good but we never got the chance. The view from the balcony is beautiful. While we were there, we wanted to get family photos done and the host even recommended a photographer who was the nicest guy, Alberto.

Well-appointed, spacious 2 BR 2 BA condo in a high rise with direct access to the beach. Early check-in options available. Comfy beds, silence at night except for the lovely sound of crashing waves. Strong A/C and Wifi. Stunning views of the beach (there is no balcony). Walkable neighborhood, not too busy. Great swimming pool, open late. Small game room with tennis table and pool. Decent gym. A plumbing issue in the bathroom caused a mess and a 3-hour delay. This should have been caught beforehand. The host addressed the issue right away. Our cleaning lady was fantastic BTW. The beach area by the condo is beautiful but not good for wading; the seabed is mainly rocks, some sharp. For wading, you need to walk 5 minutes to the Parque Del Indio area. We lost power during 22 hours during an island-wide outage. Being on the 19th floor, it was quite stressful. Our host graciously sent a 1/2 day refund for our inconvenience. Kudos to our host, always responsive and informative.

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

We had a great stay! Condo was nice, just like the photos. It was perfect for a girls trip of 7. Great location for restaurants and lots of people walking at night so it felt safe. Could get a little busy at night but we didn’t mind it. The condo had everything you need- plenty of towels, bed covers, and loved the beach chairs. Also easy access to the beach which was great. AC was amazing and the beds were comfortable. The restrooms were nice and plenty of counter space for your products. The big mirrors were a hit, especially when you have a lot of people. Eric and his team were very responsive and nice, answered all our questions. Overall, was a wonderful stay. Thanks!

Spent an amazing beautiful 5 days vacation with my kids at Gerardo’s place and honestly I have 0 complaints . The view is beautiful the place is amazing and comfortable . 5 days wasn’t enough and let’s not forget about the beautiful balcony views , had breakfast on the balcony with my family ! We loved it and definitely intend on going back whenever we visit back San Juan . Also has a personal parking spot for our rental car right outside the building . Couldn’t ask for anything more perfect especially with the area it is located in with plenty of shopping spaces restaurant and anything else you will need . Highly recommended!

Place was located just the right distance from old San Juan and the nearby beach. Building is very secure and has a 24x7 staffed front desk and underground parking. Apartment has a great view of the ocean. Immaculately clean and comfortable!
