La casa es enorme y muy bonita. Perfecto para pasar varios días por Roma debido a su gran ubicación y tamaño. Si vienes en familia grande (Como yo con 6 personas), cuenta con todos los servicios funcionales, todas las camas fueron muy cómodas y el lugar de estacionamiento es espacioso para meter una van de buen tamaño. Giulio es uno de los anfitriones más amables con los que he tratado. Es súper amable, comunicativo y las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron muy precisas. Definitivamente en cuanto regrese a Roma buscaré regresar a La Dolce Vita.

Un soggiorno da sogno! La suite è incantevole, curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di tutti i comfort. La vasca idromassaggio è un vero plus per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Ma il vero spettacolo è la vista: mozzafiato sul paese di Arpino e sulla vallata circostante, semplicemente magica. Atmosfera tranquilla e accogliente, perfetta per staccare la spina. Tornerò sicuramente!

It was a great cozy place to stay between Rome and Tivoli! It felt safe which is what we needed after a long day of traveling around Italy. The bed was so soft and comfortable! The shower was nice and hot! Great price & great people!

Fin, ren och trevlig lägenhet med jättestor, härlig terrass. Mycket lugnt och tyst läge och ändå promenadavstånd till den jättefina stranden, butiker och restauranger. Vi hade en riktigt härlig semestervecka här i slutet av oktober.

Very friendly greating and an attentive host who was very accommodating with an early check-in. The apartment was nice and clean, well equipped and very centrally located. There is air conditioning and fans which was a nice surprise. Please note because you in the 'heart' of it all there is a a quite lot of noise (ear plugs were provided if required, and they helped very much) that goes on till late, also, with there being numerous restaurants in the square there can be a lot of cooking smells, (fried onions particularly noticeable), if you don't mind either of these things then I can highly recommended this accommodation and I would stay again. All in all we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and had a wonderful time!

Paesaggi splendidi e bnb caratteristico ai piedi di un castello che abbiamo anche visitato, ottimo ristorante consigliato da Marco, "il girasole", borgo caratteristico , CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

フランチェスカさんのアパートは掲載通りで、清潔で必要なものは全て揃っていました オススメのレストランや薬局等もお知らせしてくれ、とても親切です 私的には洗濯機があれば100点でしたが、それを抜いてもとても良かったです 立地はアウグストゥスのフォロの真裏で、じっくり歴史に浸る事ができました アパートからテルミニ駅に行くのにタクシーを呼んでもらいました ちなみに、タクシーはメーターが無く、１８€でした テルミニ駅からフィウミチーノまでのバスも９€と値上がりしていました

El apartamento tiene un encanto especial. La ubicación es perfecta, y las terrazas le dan un toque espectacular. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, y la decoración bohemia crea un ambiente muy acogedor. La atención de Vittorio fue excelente; además de ser muy atento, hablaba español, lo que facilitó mucho la comunicación. Sin duda, un sitio ideal para relajarse y sentirse como en casa. ¡Repetiría sin dudarlo! —————————————————————— The apartment has a special charm. The location is perfect, and the terraces add a spectacular touch. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, and the bohemian decor creates a very cozy atmosphere. Vittorio’s attention was excellent; he was very kind, which made communication much easier. Definitely a great place to relax and feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again!

Die Unterkunft bei Ladi in Trastevere war einfach perfekt! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – mitten im charmanten Trastevere, aber trotzdem ruhig. Das absolute Highlight ist der wunderschöne Innenhof, eine kleine grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt. Besonders toll war auch Ladi selbst: Er hat uns bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen und eine kleine Führung durchs Viertel gemacht – mit vielen persönlichen Tipps zu seinen Lieblingsläden und Restaurants. Das war super hilfreich und total nett! Absolute Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a lovely 6 night stay at the apartment. It is well appointed and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, love the firm mattresses. The host was very responsive and kind. We could walk to everything, didn’t need to take the metro or cabs! Lovely restaurants nearby. The alley way had some foot traffic at night and early am, but was probably quiet in relation to most other streets. The upstairs bedroom is quieter than downstairs one. Overall this was an excellent stay for a mother and daughter and we would return!

Christian's place was very cozy. Perfect for a couple or one person. Perfect location to see all the sights in this quaint village.

Simona is a wonderful host and her house is a jewel on top of a hill with absolutely spectacular panoramic views of mountains and valley! We had such a wonderful time and built some great memories. The house itself is so beautifully decorated and every nook and corner is amazing. Simona is super friendly and helpful with everything and ensures her guests are living in absolute comfort as if they were staying in her own house! We had such a great time in the beautiful garden that we didn't leave the house on first day at all! Absolutely recommend this place and so grateful to Simona for ensuring we had a perfect holiday in stunning Italy! Can't wait to return back soon!!

Wir, eine Familie mit Kindern und Großeltern hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Vittorios Villa. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und den Jacuzzi, für Elten und Großeltern war eher die Nähe zur Kultur der ewigen Stadt wichtig. Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil, aber nach einem anstrengenden Tag in den Museen ist es herrlich, sich in der Ruhe der Nachbarschaft am Pool bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terasse zu entspannen. Vittorio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, jederzeit zu erreichen mit vielen nützlichen Hinweisen. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, auf die Restaurants sollte man außerhalb der Saison lieber nicht zählen.

It was a family riunione for Christmas. Everyone had an enjoyable time and the house was perfect.Danilo is a great host and it was a lovely surprise to find the Christmas decorations. I would love to repeat the experience and recommend it.

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia. L'appartamento ha superato le nostre aspettative sotto ogni punto di vista. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente l'ampio spazio esterno, ideale per rilassarsi e per far giocare i bambini in tutta sicurezza. Le camere sono molto spaziose e complete di tutto il materiale necessario, rendendo il soggiorno confortevole e senza preoccupazioni. L'aria condizionata è stata un vero sollievo durante le giornate più calde. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal mare, permettendoci di esplorare facilmente la zona senza doverci spostare troppo. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata l'accoglienza e il supporto di Paola, che è stata eccezionale dal primo momento. Ci siamo sentiti davvero benvenuti e assistiti in ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia godersi una vacanza serena e piacevole. Grazie di cuore a Paola per aver reso il soggiorno così speciale!

Raffaele and Jojo were friendly. We enjoyed meeting them. So helpful, so kind and cheerful. The space is large great for gatherings, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms and beds were so comfortable. I was able to get a great nights sleep. Beautiful birds and breezes, large windows and patios. Just fabulous. So many thanks to you Raffaele for accommodating an early accommodation, we so greatly appreciate it. We were blessed to find your place as our first stop in Italy! Best to you.

Illaria's villa is the best choice if you need something really private, peaceful, with big green yard and a cosy little house. Our furry family members were also warmly welcomed! It is 7 min car drive to the beach (a wide and long coastline with everything you need) and 45 min drive to Colosseum. If you come by car you have a very secure and locked parking slot on the territory which is also priceless :) Can't wait to come back again!
