Paolo è stato un host eccezionale. Sempre disponibile e cortese, ha risposto con grande gentilezza a tutte le mie richieste. La sua disponibilità mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio durante tutto il soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente il suo bnb a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza senza preoccupazioni e un host davvero attento.

Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico e non posso che raccomandare vivamente questa struttura. L'alloggio è molto pulito, ampio e confortevole, perfetto per rilassarsi. I padroni di casa, Gianni e Carolina, sono persone squisite che fanno sentire gli ospiti ben accolti. La casa presenta un'ampia veranda coperta e un giardino attrezzato con barbecue, in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso. Tutto era in ottimo stato e la casa confortevole. Un encomio va al signor Gianni che In questo periodo di giornate così fredde, la sua attenzione ai dettagli ha fatto la differenza. Mi ha chiamata la mattina per informarsi riguardo l'orario del mio arrivo e, al mio ingresso, ho trovato i termosifoni accesi, creando un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Questa coccola non è passata inosservata e ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The accommodation was nice and clean. Georgia and her boyfriend were nice and helpful. She accommodated us with a late arrival due to a delayed flight. She also prepared a sweet snack for us. We recommend this accommodation.

Great place for 2 guests! Right by the historical center which was very beautiful. Alessandro was a great host and was very responsive!!

Finishing up my stay in Tuscany, I just needed a place to sleep near FCO due to an early flight. Catarina provided plenty of communication, with clear instructions and made the entire process easy. Although my stay was short, it provided what I needed to get some rest after a day full of train rides - a spacious bed and a quiet environment. From what I saw, the space was cozy with a well stocked kitchen and a beautiful deck. Note, the unit is on the 5th floor, there is an elevator that takes you up to the 4th. In terms of location, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The bus stop to the airport is very close and is a short ride. In terms of getting to the Airbnb, I was able to take the Sitbusshuttle from Rome Termini, which dropped me off a few blocks away - 15 min walk

Norman e la sua famiglia sono stati eccezionali! Hanno sempre risposto immediatamente con gentilezza e in maniera accomodante a tutte le nostre richieste. La casa è molto bella, ben arredata con due balconi di cui uno con vista mare e ha veramente tutto ciò di ciò si ha bisogno (Lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da tiro, phon, macchina per il caffè nespresso con cialde, asciugamani, accappatoi, lenzuola, bel divano, poltrona, due tv con tv in streaming gratuita, ottimo wifi, ripostiglio, ascensore, due bagni, armadi con stampelle in abbondanza, scarpiere, scrivania in cameretta, aria condizionata in tutta casa etc etc) È molto vicina alla spiaggia e anche ad agosto si riesce a trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze (liberi o a pagamento). Se avremo ancora intenzione di passare le nostre vacanze a Terracina sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta!

We have spend wonderful and joyfull time in this place. Apartment was very clear, adjusted perfectly to our needs. The sandy beach is few meters away and deserted at this time of the year (November). Rented car is here however mendatory.

Tenuta Capizucchi è sempre una garanzia, il posto è fantastico, vicino alla città ma immerso nel verde della campagna romana. Molto comodo per chi arriva in auto. Appartamento confortevole e con tutto quel che serve. Costel esaustivo nelle spiegazioni, cordiale e disponibile per ogni evenienza.

Estadia incrível, super atenciosos e espaço novo, limpo e totalmente equipado. O chuveiro não tem divisão com o resto do banheiro então alaga o banheiro, único ponto que achei importante ressaltar. De resto, apartamento super lindo, confortável e nota 10.

This was our 2nd visit to Catia & Roberto's accommodation. We love it here. Catia is super attentive, ensured we were comfortable and everything was as it should be. She even made us dinner one evening. Apartment has everything required for a comfortable stay with cooking facilities, kettle and fridge. New shower enclosure is great. We didn't make enough use of the outside space this visit due to the rain but it's great for when the sun does come out. Drying screen is great for drying towels etc. Bed is super comfortable and very clean. We did make use of the extra blankets due to the changeable weather. Umbrellas are also available. Catia & Roberto, who we now look upon as friends,thank you again for a wonderful stay and we will definitely return for a 3rd visit.

Il nostro soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato davvero piacevole. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande disponibilità e gentilezza. L’host si è dimostrato sempre attento e pronto ad aiutarci nella risoluzione di ogni piccolo problema, facendoci sentire a nostro agio e benvenuti. È evidente l’impegno e la cura dedicati all’accoglienza degli ospiti, e questo ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più positiva. Siamo felici di essere stati tra i primi a soggiornare qui e auguriamo il meglio per questa nuova avventura. La posizione è centrale e comoda a ristoranti, porto e stazione. A due passi dal mare. Consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole e un host attento e disponibile.

It’s a very nice apartment with a great view, located close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets so it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was also very easy to communicate before checking in. We got a response within a couple of minutes and simple instructions so we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Highly recommended to stay here!

Wir hatten einen tollen einwöchigen Urlaub in Fabios Apartment in Lido di Ostia. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und sauber mit traumhafter Terrasse. Sie liegt sehr nah an der Metromare-Station Lido Nord, die uns regelmäßig innerhalb von ca. 35 Minuten ins Zentrum von Rom gebracht hat. An dieser Station kann man problemlos die Tickets am Automaten kaufen. Kartenzahlung ist möglich. Die Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen Fiumicino und zu anderen Zielen liegt nur ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber die außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft von Fabio, der uns per Messenger über den gesamten Zeitraum immer wieder wertvolle Tipps zur An- und Abreise, Tickets für den Nahverkehr, empfehlenswerten Geschäften und Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Tagen mit vergünstigten Eintrittspreisen etc. gegeben hat. Es liegt Fabio sehr viel daran, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Besser geht es nicht. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter! Danke! ☺

A truly wonderful experience and place. The location is perfect, with plenty of room and amenities needed to feel right at home. The hosts were wonderful and quickly answered any questions, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Monika's home was lovely, very comfortable and clean. She was an excellent host going out of her way to pick us up upon arrival and keeping in touch with many helpful suggestions. We toured the ancient archiological site of Ostia Antica, which was one of the highlights of our stay in Italy. Truly amazing. We felt very happy and enjoyed our stay in Monika's home!

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

Super séjour, la vue est impressionnante depuis l'appartement. Le logement en lui même est très agréable.
