Realmente la mejor experiencia que he tenido con Airbnb. El lugar es hermoso, tal como muestran las fotos. Super amplio y limpio. Nos sentimos muy cómodos con mi familia. Davide súper pendiente de lo que necesitábamos y resolvía nuestras dudas inmediatamente. Un excelente lugar.

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

Giulias place was very beautiful and in a great part of rome. the surroundings are easy to explore on foot, and the city center and the attractions are easily reachable by bus and tram. Giulia was very quick to respond to any issue or questions i had and gave many recommendations for restaurants, local bars and more. The price was unbeatable for what you get. would definitely come here again, maybe even for longer than 5 days!

We had a lovely short stay in Rome and found the location to be excellent – very convenient for exploring the city. The host was kind, helpful, and responded quickly to any questions we had. While there were a few drawbacks, such as the Wi-Fi not working during our stay and the beds being a bit too firm for our comfort, we still appreciated the overall value. The shower could also be improved, but for a short visit to Rome, this place worked well for us.

Valentina war immer sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit verfügbar. Die Wohnung liegt, meiner Meinung nach, in einer der schönsten Gegenden in Rom. Die Wohnung ist 1 min von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Gegend und viel zu entdecken in diesem historischen Viertel. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert.

The house is awesome and the host is very friendly and supportive. We felt that we were at our home. The furniture is outstanding. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary tools.

E’ stato un weekend perfetto e rilassante! Casa pulita ed accogliente, il giardino poi totalmente recintato e curato ha permesso al nostro labrador di correre e giocare in assoluta sicurezza. La Sig.ra Graziella poi è stata da subito gentilissima. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare.

너무나 멋진 숙소 최고의 뷰.. 친절한 주인아저씨 덕분에 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다 살면서 이렇게 오랜 역사를 갖고 있는집에서 잘수 있을까.. 그거 하나만으로도 충분히 멋진곳 들어가자마자 좋은 향기가 났어요 단점을 굳이 찾자면 숙소 찾기가 살짝 복잡했어요 좁고 높은곳에 있음 그치만 너무 친절하게 설명해줘서 그리 어렵지 않게 도착했습니다 구글 지도보다는 거리에 있는 이정표를 잘보고 가면 어렵지 않습니다 캐리어가 무겁다면 계단때문에 조금 힘들수도 있습니다 조금 큰차로 갔고 주차 하기 위해서는 좁은 터널로 진입해야되는데 거기서 차를 긁을수 있어서 조심해야됩니다 주차 공간은 꽤 많았는데 주차되어있는 차가 많아서 조금 밑으로 내려가야될수 있음 그리고 온수의 수압이 약해서 개운하게 샤워하긴 힘들어요 여름에 갔다면 상관 없었을텐데 살짝 쌀쌀했던 날씨라 찬물로 씻기 힘들었어요 전 그 사실을 리뷰로 통해 이미 알고 갔기에 괜찮았어요 하지만 꾸미는거 좋아하는 여성분은 힘들 수도 있어요 전 멋진 집에서 자보는 경험이 더 중요했기에 상관 없었습니다 벽난로도 있어서 남편이 아주 좋아했어요 신나게 불떼고 놀았어요 특별한 경험을 하고싶다면 적극 추천 다음에 또 오고싶습니다

Il Nido is a beautiful and spacious home. Every space is really well thought out and it's really cozy and comfortable. David is attentive, helpful and made our stay very easy and pleasant. It was great to be outside of Rome before catching the plane at FCO. We went to Lungomare and had a great day there, almost no tourists at all, mostly locals, great food, and a beautiful beach.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, das Haus ist gemütlich, die Betten superweich nach einer langen Reise lassen schön erholen. Ruhiges Dorf, kleiner Garten rund ums Haus.

A casa é muito confortável e muito bem equipada, com supermercado e ponto de ônibus perto, o que facilitou o acesso a Roma. Tamara e sua família são muito simpáticos e prestativos, sempre dispostos a ajudar no que for preciso.

het is een mooi appartement volledig zoals beschreven. De gastvrouw reageerde tijdig op onze vragen. De flexibele aankomsttijd door het sleutelkastje was heel handig, zeker als je vertraging opliep door het vervoer, zoals ons overkwam.

We enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in Rome. A view from our window was the Colosseum. We did have a little difficulty finding the place. I recommend stating Santissimi instead of S.S. as our maps do not come up as that. There was a lot to do and the local market across the street was very convenient. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Gios Wohnung in Rom! Die stilvolle Einrichtung und die historischen Möbel verleihen der Wohnung einen ganz besonderen Charme und Charakter – das Ambiente ist wirklich einzigartig. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Nicoletta hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war während des gesamten Aufenthalts äußerst hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

The apt was amazing and right next to some of our favorite local restaurants. Everything was clean and many amenities were included. Finally Fabrizio was excellent in communication and was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend this place for your stay in Rome!

It was a pleasure staying at Paolo's place. Paolo communicated very well and offered suggestions where to eat etc. The place is clean, in a quiet area yet very close to shops and restaurants. I would gladly stay here again.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich super! Alles gut verständlich. Das Appartment ist bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist genial und auch Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank!

Flávio’s place was so nice, like him, it was clean tidy and gardens and pool were awesome. We knew when we booked it was a good 1 hour min walk to see the sights, but we loved the walks through the parks and seeing normal life in Rome, we also found lots of places we would not have seen if we were in the centre. We had a wee accident as we got to the apartment and Flávio supported us greatly, ordering spare parts for our van and getting them delivered to his house then on to us, for fitting. It was so helpful and reduced the stress of what do we do now to get a repair. I would highly recommend his place for anyone looking for a peaceful location in nice surrounding and yes there is good transport links into the centre, but we rather walking. Highly recommend Flávio’s place Regards Peter Karen and our 2 dogs.
