Very nice room right on the Arkansas River. I loved walking my dog along the River and the collegiate peaks already have snow. The hosts are very professional. Highly recommended.

We needed a quick place to stay before hiking some peaks and this fit the bill perfectly.

the management team at best Texas was really wonderful to work with regarding my refund as I was not able to make it to the rental due to some personal life experiences. they were wonderful to communicate with and made the refund process very easy. would highly recommend that as the place looks beautiful right next to the river during next time I'm in town I'll definitely make sure I stay!

Better than advertised! Couldn’t have chosen a better place for a quick relaxing spiritual getaway. Very private and amazing place. From the reclining chairs near the creek, to the decor inside the property. All the details were present and significant. 100000/10. Recommend to anyone looking for a private and relaxing getaway. Great place for a large group - 6 adults, 3 kids and a dog. Plenty of space for us all to stretch out without being on top of each other. Space was clean and well equipped- with the exception of the game barn as lots of items were not working or missing parts. But this didn't bother us as it was a little too hot to stay outside. Would definitely come back!

Danielle was a great host. The house’s bedrooms have comfortable beds and pillows. The decor was original and unique, suited to our impeccable taste. We would love to come back and view the night sky as it was cloudy at night. Scott and Shelley Carpenter

Micks place was amazing! The house was clean, comfortable and the views were absolutely beautiful. Waking up and having my coffee at the river every morning was my favorite part. We saw horses and donkeys and all sorts of different birds! Mick was very helpful with everything and communication was great. The restaurant right next door was delish and a 2 second walk! they have a cafe (our place cafe) for breakfast in the morning and restaurant/bar (Dusty rose) for later when you want a drink and some amazing food! I would definitely recommend staying at Micks place and will most definitely be coming back! ALSO all his pottery is absolutely gorgeous!

Beth is a great host, very responsive, helpful, & understanding. The place was so peaceful. My whole family spent time in the hot tub and massage chair, played corn hole, attempted to fish in icy water, & slept well in the beds. We went to the great sand dunes, the royal gorge bridge, mt Princeton hot springs, and monarch mountain… made loads of wonderful memories! Very appreciative of Beth and this place they shared with us!

The garden house has to be one of the most charming places my husband and I have ever stayed. All of the details inside inspired so much creativity. We hope to make our future home half as cozy as this place! Also, our host was super friendly and attentive to all of our needs. Overall, beautiful start to our honeymoon!

Staying at Jeffery's place was just what we needed. We really enjoyed the home and the land surrounding it. Quick and easy access to local trails, gorgeous views surrounding the house. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Villa Grove. The town is very cute and quaint. Local art, cute town store and restaurant. Recommend a visit to the area!
