This villa is absolutely spectacular. After staying at a dozen other ones on the island over the years, Villa Ti'Cactus is by far my favorite. Waking up to the sunrise, being able to hop into the pool at the person temperature. It's very well-appointed, each access to St. Jean and very private. I could live there forever and be a happy man. I can't recommend more highly.

Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

Our stay started with a minor hiccup, but our host handled it with incredible professionalism and care. They immediately arranged for us to be transferred to a luxurious hotel at no extra cost, ensuring our comfort and peace of mind. The Airbnb was impeccably clean, with cozy and a well-maintained space that made our stay truly enjoyable. Unexpected situations can arise anywhere, but the way this host prioritized our experience and went above and beyond to resolve it was truly impressive. Kathy and Zackerie were fantastic hosts and very responsive and accommodating for my late checkout. Great and clean studio accommodation, exactly as described and photographed in the description. About 5 minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and no more than a 10 minute walk from Cupecoy beach. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed, how clean the place was , I felt right at home and i felt safe, Grate Bay Beach is about 5 min drive, the beach was the reason and highlight of my trip, I really enjoyed my stay, will book again.

Kathy is truly an all-star host who thought about every detail. There was ice in the freezer and a few beverages in the refrigerator when we arrived after a long travel day. We had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. We really appreciated the cooler, freezer packs, beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Kathy is super knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations during our stay. She has a packet available when you arrive that will provide information for just about anything you might need to know or want to do during your visit. We enjoyed Kathy’s interesting furnishings and accent pieces as well as the outdoor patio area. The outdoor shower was nice to have too, to rinse off after a day at the beach. The market next door was an awesome convenience that we absolutely loved and used daily. There was a really nice variety of supplies available and we cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely visit again & I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

One thing that stood out about this place is how well furnished it was. Whatever you think you need, you could find. Everything from a well stocked kitchen (with everything including a coffee machine, blender, baking pans, dishes, places, cups, knives, glasses, oven, fridge etc) to beach chairs and noodles, to an abundance of towels, Lucy and Radek have truly turned this into a home away from home for every guest. Lucy was gracious in letting me borrow an electric mosquito zapper racket which took care of the bugs and mosquitoes. With the house being on the beach, you walk out and straight into the beautiful Simpson Bay beach. The apartment is located in a quite neighborhood with friendly locals who always greeted me with a smile as I passed, but it is also located very close to all the amenities you need (stores, restaurants, casinos, clubs etc). If you take excursions, you will be walking distance from the dock and the boats! I would unreservedly recommend this apartment!

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet, die Dachterasse ist wunderschön, vor allem mag ich die Umgebung, sicher, ruhig und vom Flughafen in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich war jetzt das zweite mal in einer Unterkunft von Paul und kann dieses Appartement zu 100% empfehlen. Preis / Leistung stimmen.

L'aloha apt était un havre de paix, confortable, agréable, lumineux, spacieux et à proximité de tout, . Nous étions 6 danseurs et y avons séjourné pour participer au DP danse festival de Salsa dont les workshops se déroulent au Sonesta, à 5 mn à pied. L'accès à l'apt est facile et en autonomie. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

The Beach House was everything we expected from the pictures on line. The pool is large enough to cool off and even practice snorkling for a newbee!! The kitchen is well stocked and nicely laid out. The cool breeze off the ocean provides some relief from the hot sun. We sat out most mornings with our tea watching the bay come to life with activity. We used the kayak to get us over to Pinel Island where we spent the day on the beach. Finally the area is secure and we felt very safe. Prior to our trip Margaux answered all my questions concerning restaurants and beaches. She also ensured my grocery order was received and put away. When we arrived Margaux met us at the house and explained where everything was and how it was operated. We had a number of Iguanas and Donkeys visit us during our stay. Thanks for everything. We will be back in 2026.

Le logement de Pascal est un vrai paradis. Cette maison est tournée vers l’extérieure et répond parfaitement à nos attentes. Encore plus belle qu’en photos. Tout était parfait de l’accueil au départ, je ne peux que recommander vivement. Nous reviendrons vite!

We really enjoyed staying at this very quiet home with a gorgeous ocean view, pristine pool (that was cleaned 2x during our week there), only a 10 min drive from the airport, steps from beautiful Flamands Beach with a couple exquisite top tier restaurants, and a 20 min walk/hike to the spectacular Colombier Beach (feeding the turtles & chickens scraps of fruit & veggies at the start of the hike was a highlight). The host was quick & responsive with all my questions during our stay. The beach chairs were broken and not replaced during our stay but the host was off island and very apologetic. The dryer takes a long time to dry stuff but i think that is typical of dryers in Europe versus the USA. We opted out of the included maid service 2x weekly but that is a nice service if wanted. The home was extremely clean upon our arrival. The mini ping pong table was a fun addition that we played a few times. A bit pricey for just 2 people but welcome to St. Barths! We would come again!

What a hidden gem, which looks even better in real life than in the photos. The fridge was stocked with essentials like fresh fruit, water, and a baguette and cheese for the morning. A beautifully designed and spacious home with the Christian Liaigre touch but not at the high price of some of the nearby hotels. Other reviews mention noise from the nearby road, so we did know what to expect. But it was mainly limited to rush hour. Overall we would be very happy to come back.

Esther was SUPER accommodating and was able to get us right in. Pool area and beach was very nice. Sent us a super kind gift and we felt right at home. Hope to come and visit again soon!

We frequent the Maho Beach area at least twice a year and it always gets better and better. Our stay was superb. The place was immaculate and I try to stay in the same complex when I go to St. Maarten. The host is always helpful and checking in on you to make sure you have the best stay ever. When we go to Maho Beach we are usually out and about and only go back to the apartment to freshen up and sleep and go back out the next day. Everything in the apartment was well thought out for their guests...from the fresh pool towels to appliances in the kitchen should you want to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. I highly recommend this Airbnb. I think the only thing was the bed. My son said it was too hard but I guess this is a matter of perspective and preference. You will not regret it. It was a very well located and great apartment in Orient Bay, exactly what we were looking for a week family vacation for 3 people. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking. The appliances were practical and easy to use. The host provided all needed instructions ahead. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would likely return.

We had an amazing stay here and were so glad we skipped the mega resorts in favor of a boutique stay. This location is amazing, still in Simpson Bay but far enough from the airport to get a restful night of sleep. We loved having the grocery store downstairs and the ability to walk to restaurants. The room is huge and has a full kitchen and even a dishwasher. The air conditioners look brand new and worked well. Mattress was very comfortable and I appreciated the blackout curtains. We enjoyed getting to use the hot tubs on property after a day of exploring, they are kept very hot which I appreciated since I have a back injury. There was security on site and a 24 hour front desk. We hope to return soon!

What a great condo in Rainbow Beach Club. Well appointed 2 bedroom with 2 full baths. Each bedroom well separated for privacy. Stunning views from Southwest balcony offering privacy being an end unit on the 3rd floor. Walkable to 2 great beaches and dining and entertainment.

Great location! Grocery store and many restaurants are all on the same strip in walkable distance!! Left plenty of necessities like towels, wash clothes, toilet paper and dish soap. Over all great place to stay!!
