The cabin was fantastic! I’ve spent many youthful summers “up north.” This was the perfect getaway to relax with my husband before our busy summer schedules. The hot tub is what sold us and sitting out there while the sun set was perfect!

Lesya was responsive, proactive, and kind. The property is in a great location. We loved how close we were to the lake. The sauna is such a great amenity. We enjoyed lake swimming/sauna alternating on a cold, rainy day. The kayaks, row boat, and paddle boat were fun to have. The lake is quite private—we only wished there was a public access ramp for a boat, but the lack of it definitely makes the lake more quiet and peaceful. We ended up fishing with the provided row boat and caught quite a few fish. Nearby Eagle River was a great town to explore. Last Cast Bar & Grill is just a few minutes away, and we enjoyed their food, sand volleyball court, and bean bag toss games. We also found some great hiking trails nearby. Definitely recommend a stay!

I thought it was a little expensive but the amenities were great and the cabins are right on the trail. It’s 8 min from town and there are three really great places to eat and hang out right next to the cabin. Place was new clean and easy to find. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to book a cabin in the area.

This cabin was great! Very Clean and had everything we needed and more! It doesn't come with firewood as shown or charcoal for the grill. My only complaint would be the master bathroom. It needs updating. The faucet sprays all over, tub faucet leaks when shower is running, and the toilet has an issue where it takes forever to fill. Also some shelving above the toilet like in the other bathroom would be great for your toiletries. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was absolutely stunning! Spacious bedrooms and huge closets. We had our 7mo and 2yo with us and we actually put the pack and play in the closet and it was a perfect dark room for naps! The bathrooms also have plenty of room and our toddler really enjoyed the whirlpool tub! The lake has a beautiful sand bottom and the pool was warm. We also enjoyed the outside hot tub up at the resort & the stars were brilliant - Could see the Big Dipper out the window in the upstairs bedroom from the bed. Overall - very clean, so spacious and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing family getaway! Thank you so much, we are so happy to have found your place for our fall getaway - just wish we could have stayed all week!

Was a very nice space and worth every penny. House was overall clean but could be a touch cleaner in certain areas. Our host was amazing, very responsive and willing to help. Hot tub was clean and amazing. Wildlife all around, great place!

Allyson's house on the channel was everything we could have hoped for for our family getaway. The location was perfect for shopping and finding local restaurants. The house was quiet and incredibly well-stocked! Amazing amenities for the price. We didn't realize how much we would use the Blackstone grill, but it was perfect for cooking breakfast and dinners for our family. The hot tub was an added bonus that we weren't sure we'd use given the heat of the weekend, but we were in it every night after dark and definitely enjoyed hanging out under the stars. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay here! Super clean and so relaxing! Hot tub was perfect!. Joey was a wonderful host! It rained one of the days so we really appreciated the guestbook that Joey sent over with all the local recommendations— went and got coffees from the recommended coffee shop, we went bowling in Tomahawk and out to lunch and had a great time. Also, the game selection at the cabin is the best I’ve seen, we loved the variety!! Will definitely be back someday!

Hosts were wonderful and very flexible, responsive and accommodating. We had 4 adults and 3 children stay and cabin was the perfect size. Kitchen has so many supplies! There is a large hill down to the water, but other than that, was a great location!

Want to get away from the city and see nature on your back step, COME HERE!! The deer greeted us when we pulled in and we felt secluded in the woods but everything was at our fingertips. Gene was amazing. We had a questions and replied right away and was very helpful. We came to snowmobile and we didn’t want to leave! We will for sure be back and stay here again! Also, great selection of DVD/Blueray. We watched a few movies at night. We did not have kids but a cute loft for children to sleep and had a few games and Lincoln logs! (Our kids favorite) Thank you again!

We loved our Spring Break stay! The house was great. I love that it is actually a dog-friendly residence, complete with couch covers. The fire pit and grill were awesome bonuses. I bet this is an amazing stay in the summer time!

We were so happy to stay at this cabin! It was very cozy and warm which was great because we got a snow storm. The cabin had everything we needed and was very homey! We would definitely recommend to anyone else to stay there. We would like to come back in the summer so we could use the nice fire pit!

We were seeking refuge from an extended power outage and were so fortunate to find Chris and Dan’s cabin. It was exactly as described- warm, cozy, and secluded! Communication was excellent and they were so kind and empathetic of our situation. I highly recommend this beautiful cabin!

Great little cabin! I was able to walk the woods on the property, and ventured into the Nicolet Forrest with my dog. The cabin was great. It was perfect for our short stay. Be aware that there is no cell signal in the area. This was not a concern for me. There was a nearby tavern that had WiFi, and they were happy to let me use it for a phone call. Highly recommend, and would definitely go again.

Beautiful home on Bird Lake with everything we needed to enjoy fall in Wisconsin. Comfortable beds, clean home, beautiful picture windows and wonderful outdoor space to enjoy!

Enjoyed a peaceful lakeside vacation. Went ice fishing and caught a 24" walleye at night. Perfect weekend and a beautiful view of the lake.

If you're looking for an unbelievably quiet and peaceful getaway, this is the spot. It's got everything you need/expect as far as kitchen/bath/bedrooms/accessories. There is no internet service or TV, which is wonderful. (however, if you need to stay connected, there is good cellular service - I have AT&T). Beautiful frontage, firm sandy bottom, very nice new pier. Franklin Lake is wonderful for exploration and paddling/fishing/motorboat, etc. Just a few steps down to the lake from the cabin. There is a canoe on the shoreline, although we did not use it because we brought a small fishing boat that we launched across the lake. There were many nice lifejackets in the screen porch. From my experience, many of these older cabins have a kind of damp musty smell, but this one does not in the slightest. It was actually quite fresh. We were there with a 3yo and 6yo and they loved it - especially the fire pit out front and the bunk beds. It's a short (perhaps 20 min) drive to downtown Eagle River, but there is a gas station much closer (The Wayside) for fuel, ice and basics. In short, would feel comfortable recommending this place to a close friend.

We visited in October and it was beautiful. The property was as described. We enjoyed using the pontoon boat around bluegill lake. It was perfect for a weekend getaway.

The stay was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend and definitely stay there again in the future. It was wonderful to be able to travel with the dog.

Eric was a great host and the space was excellent. Plenty of space and comfortable seating for a large group and fun cabin decor. I hope it is available again for my booking next year!

Great place but could use more fans since ther isn't any A/C. Make sure you bring bug spray in the summer months 🤣🤣

We had a fabulous week stay at Chrys and Bobs place with our family of 5! I’m convinced there is no better place to stay in the area, this place is absolutely perfect! The cabin is on a peninsula which offers amazing views, privacy, a protected dock for your boat and for fishing plus a sandy beach for playing! There are all kinds of toys to use such as a paddle board, canoe, kayak and rafts. The cabin is well stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, games and more! Lake Nokomis is a nice big lake complete with good fishing, sandbars to relax at and fun restaurants to boat to. Chrys was so very nice and responsive. You won’t find a better place to create lifetime memories!! Thank you again, Chrys and Bob!

This place is amazing, looks exactly like the pictures. It was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed. The property is gorgeous and private yet close to Tomahawk. I would definitely recommend this place!

We can’t say enough good things about our visit! We’ve stayed at many rental homes and this is one of the best, if not the best! Very comfortable and nicely appointed with everything you could need, super clean and organized (and I’m picky about clean), gorgeous location on our favorite chain of lakes, very helpful host and nice value for the rate. We hope to go back again next year! Highly recommend!
