With a huge pond just a 2 minute walk from the house where you can fish and relax.

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Nestled among live oak trees, surrounded by a natural southern garden, the Live Oak Retreat provides a truly peaceful and private setting. This charming cottage built in the 1940's was recently updated to offer modern conveniences for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We are a short walk to the downtown historic district and steps from the Spanish Moss biking/hiking trail. Convenient to Paris Island (6 miles) and a 25 minute ride to Hunting Island State Park for a day at the beach!

Kick back and enjoy the magnificent river view and breezes at this waterfront getaway in the historic Old Village of Port Royal. Two comfy bedrooms w/queen beds, two spacious bathrooms. The cottage was completely renovated in June 2022 and it is in heart of the National Historic District of Beaufort and only a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to Bay Street and the Beaufort River. The cottage is also only a 10 minute drive to Paris Island and 20 minute drive to the beach and we provide a pass to the Hinton Island State Park / Beach.
