Place is just as described and shown in the photos. House is clean and had all items available as described. Quiet area, walkable to beach, restaurants, etc. One of the main reasons for choosing this place is that it is dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

The place was just like the photos, very clean, easy to access and beautiful. I would definitely stay in this place again and the host, Todd was very friendly and responded very quickly. Thank you for the amazing stay!

We really enjoyed Sondra's Yellow Beach House. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It came with everything as described and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, with the only real sounds were the calls of the Peacocks that roam wildly around the area, adding another wonderful feature that you won't find anywhere else. Sondra was great to work with as far as communications, she replied to all texts immediately. Recommend this home very highly!

We really enjoyed everything about this beautiful home and location itself! Very lovely and inviting through out. Beach and local businesses were in walking distances, which made it very convenient! The Nomads where very responsive and helpful to all communications. Looking forward to staying again! TY for the experience....

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

First time staying here, but we've always had a great experience staying at Lisa's properties in St. Augustine, always clean with thoughtful amenities, and very close to the beach. Lisa is an amazing hostess, and we're so lucky that she loves dogs!

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. We absolutely loved our stay at Lori's place. The location to everything is great and the view off the balcony is absolutely perfect. The beach access feels private it is so nice to be steps away to a beach that is not crowded. There was so much space for our family of 4. Pool and hot tub were easily accessible. We cannot wait to come back one day.

Our stay was a small family reunion . My daughter, and her 3 sons, my grandson’s. My niece and nephew who were local and visited often with their spouses and children. The quality and comfort of the beds , the bedding and towels was superior. Everyone swam all day , everyday. We hosted meals for friends and our local families. There is so much room outside and an incredible amount of tables and seating , with sun and shade options. We walked to the beach everyday to watch the sunrise and swim in the ocean . In the evening we walked around town and had ice cream at Kilwins. The boys played lots of basketball and my daughter and I rode your bikes. Our last morning we walked to the beach and saw a 4:15 am Space Ex rocket launch before leaving for the airport at 4:45. I apologize if anything was left undone . We tried very hard to leave it as you instructed . The house was so spacious and perfect for our family. Thank you very much.

These were the absolute bests hosts we have ever encountered. So responsive and helpful. Truly amazing. Great place with a backyard pool and a short walk to the beach and to coffee and food.

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. This place is great! Our second time booking this condo and can't wait to return. it's close to the beach, has a nice big pool, lots of great restaurants you can walk to and friendly neighbors. It was clean, has nice appliances, and the furniture was comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend and will for sure be staying here again. Everything was perfect! Location, pool, hot tub, very clean and very comfortable. Everything Runs great like the a/c, hot tub etc… wish we didn’t have to leave.

This place is a wonderful for a family vacation! Pool and hot tub were great, and the private beach was just steps away from the house. Beautiful views from the upper deck of the ocean, and house was set up perfect for a family. My husband and I slept upstairs and our 2 kids each had their own room with TV’s downstairs, giving us the opportunity to sleep in in the morning! The extra room upstairs would have been perfect for another family to stay in as well. We cooked breakfast lunch and dinner many day in the kitchen which had everything we needed. We even grilled one night using the grill that was in the garage. My kids loved playing with the pool and beach toys and I loved not having to pack any because there was plenty there! It was a chill vacation for us, just what the doctor ordered. Would love to come back sometime!

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

We loved the house except the waterpressure was very slow in the sinks and shower and there is no bathtub for bathing young children. The house is beautiful with nice accessories. Suggest, need to add more updated beach chairs and more porch furniture.

The place was clean and super nice. It was private and beautiful. It had some unique features such as the outdoor shower which we enjoyed. It felt like we were right at home. The host was always responsive with questions or concerns. We will definitely return.

Noticed the attention to details from the minute we entered the large private parking , inviting and well lit secured oasis, we felt stress melting away with every breaking wave hitting the sandy shores, the home is professionally staged all new home with all the dream accommodation you can dream off that a beach home should have, the host attention to details is world class kind and responsible best restaurant recommendations ever, the pool is amazing the hot tub , the path to the beach even the beach chairs and children’s beach toys are placed perfectly along the path, three wash station as you return from the sandy beach and the outdoor bath access makes this the ideal luxury family reunion with both homes are there for larger families to stay near each other, a true slice of heaven on Melbourne Beach .

This beach front cottage was perfect for our little family spring break! The views of the beach were breathtaking from every window. The beach was never crowded and the fact that it's dog friendly was such a relief - it's such a bummer to go on vacation and have to worry about your pup every single day. We loved finding shark teeth (we found many) and watching the sunrise and dolphins either from the porch or the sand. Everything was clean and there were all the amenities you need. My kids loved the sand toys in the garage. We will definitely go back.

What a beautiful home right on the uncrowded beach! We loved being within walking distance of restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The owners are thoughtful hosts who gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. But honestly, no one wanted to leave the house! Highly highly recommend this home for a family retreat.

The views are worth the price alone. We spent so many hours just sitting in the swings watching the waves come in. The beach is as close to private as you will find. On the days we got out, St Augustine is a straight drive about 20-25 minutes away. Perfect combination of seclusion with all the activities you could possibly want just a short drive away.
