Charming house overlooking the river Seine, comfy and fully equipped, especially the kitchen, 3 bedrooms. Excellent Wifi. The house is not suitable for children under 10 as the river runs through the garden and stairs are steep.

The Orangery - Chateau de Quemigny

The gite is in the orangery at the chateau de Quemigny, a listed monument. The estate is located in a preserved countryside with lot of sites to visit in the neighbourhood and surrounded by a nice garden. The gite is located on the first and second floors of the orangery: on the first floor, a vast kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom; on the second floor, a living room, a bedroom which includes a small bathroom. Landlords live in the chateau and are always available for their guests.

J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. Je vous propose également des petits déjeuners ainsi que des planches apéritives et une sélection de boissons locales et vins.

Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

La cuisine est équipée d'une magnifique cuisinière de "chef". II y a plein de sites exceptionnels à proximité comme Vézelay, Chablis ou Noyers. Si vous aimez l'authentique, la gastronomie et la tranquillité cette maison est pour vous.

Gîte de l'Abbaye de Moutiers StJean

Situé dans un Monument Historique du XVIIIe siècle, ce gite (11p max) et d'environ 160m2 est la maison d'amis d'un artiste, et mélange décor et mobilier ancien avec des oeuvres d'art moderne et contemporain. La Cache is a charming cottage nestling below the cliffs and towers of the exquisite medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois. Sitting alongside the Armancon River, you can sit, unseen by passers by, on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the ducks and listening to the gentle sounds of water, with waterlilies floating below you.
