We booked Avery's Blue House for a work trip for 4 of our survey crew members here at TG Engineers. The crew noted that they were comfortable at this air bnb and had no issues. We hope book with Raena again for future work trips to Tinian.

my family stayed a whole week at the Lily's villa, particularly satisfied with the private pool, which works for both kids and adults. the pool has a deepest spot way deeper than the usual adults height. air conditioning works well, as well as every other facilities, but washing machine needs a bit of a care though. great day view and greater sunset view, no need to go out for that. plenty of chairs and tables and beach beds. bbq was provided and it was awesome, but you might need a gas torch instead of lighter fluids, to make the fire faster.

It was my second stay in this property. I liked location, view and value for money. It's more or less in the middle of the island, stone throw from Garapan and you can even walk there, if you want. Access road is rough, but it's nothing that host can do about it.

pros kind host reasonable price well-managed rooms every room with air conditioner cons chicken house right behind the apartment (you may not sleep well if you stay in the small room) a little bit far away from garapan over all, it was a good apartment to stay. thank you Mrs. Lee :)

혼자만 알고 싶은 숙소라는 생각이 첨으로 들정도로 좋았습니다. 2분거리의 아름답고 편한한 해변가 그리고 함께 해변까지 따라나서는 영리한 개들과 매일 청소와 수건제공은 숙박기간동안 집보다 행복하고 편하게 지내수있었습니다. 물론 리스컴포트하우스에 계시는 사장님과 직원분들도 너무 상냥하시고 친절하게 대해주셔서 감사했습니다ㅎ 다음번에도 꼭 다시 오고싶네요!!

The host is very friendly and warm-hearted. And the place is quiet and clean. The host offered the pick-up service for us from the airport, even though my flight arrived at 4am. Really appreciate. Will stay here again next time.

This property was a great place for my family to stay on Saipan. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach (I timed it!) and the beach itself was lovely—quiet, clean, perfect. There was enough space for my family of 5 to stay here. Housekeeping every day was a bonus—you don’t usually get that with Airbnb. My kids loved the landlord’s dogs that lived on the property. The Lees were kind and lovely as were the housekeepers. We would be happy to stay here again.

The house is comfortable and clean. Mr and Mrs Lee are very kind. They picked up and drop off us at airport. Mr Lee can speak a little chinese. The house is quiet, but a little far from downtown. It is better to rent a car here.

도착하자마자 픽업오시고 숙소앞 바다 짱입니다.5인가족여행이고 따로렌트하지않았는데 호스트님이 저렴하게 차도 빌려주셨어요. 현지 식당도 직접 데려다주시고 늦은 체크아웃추가로 변경도 해주셨어요. 돌아오는 비행기가 새벽비행기였는데 잠도안주무시고 공항까지 데려다주셨어요ㅠㅠ.. 숙소는 5인가족 머물기 충분했고 마당에 개들도 있었는데 엄청순하고 숙소앞 바다까지 데려다주기도했어요ㅋㅋ 가끔 개미랑 작은 도마뱀이 있기도했는데 신경쓰일정도는아니었어요. 아이들이 도마뱀데려가서 키우자고...ㅋㅋ걸어서 3분거리에 마트도있고 해변도있고 짱짱!! 이번 겨울에 다시 올생각입니다.🤩

Near airport, Host was waiting for us even though we arrived at 2 a.m. Very clean house, even better than the pictures. San Antonio market is 5minute walk so it was easy to buy some groceries for breakfast. Host showed us hospitality to drop our family off at Garapan. It was a great start of my Saipan trip! Thank you❤️
